Additional Information
- Wear swimsuit, comfortable beach clothing and water shoes. Bring a change of clothes and towel. Sunscreen and insect repellant must be free of chemicals and biodegradable to be used in the Park. Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.
- Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
- Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
- At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
- Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.

Our experience was amazing we did the zip lining , cave rafting, hammock swings, cave swimming and the amphibious tour - The service was amazing it was easy to book. Everyone is very friendly. Everything is safety first. Transportation was a little long but our resort wasn’t close.

Amazing Xplor Fuego Tour!! - I recently had an amazing Xplor Fuego tour that i booked in Barcelo, with my rep Stephanie. It was an absolute blast, and I recommend it. Stephanie was both friendly and professional. Her expertise and warmth added to the overall experience, making it even more enjoyable. Xplor all inclusive day with pick up. - Fantastic day. Not cheap but every activity top notch and the food is on another level. Safety and conservation comes first but a great fun day! Ziplines are so high and so terrifying but they're supposed to be. Everything is immaculate and looked after but done so well and sympathetic to nature. Phenomenal place, definitely worth doing. We had an all inclusive day with pick up from our Playacar Hotel.

WE LOVED IT! - We had an amazing experience at Xplor! It was my girlfriend first time doing an excursion and I was able to encourage her to do the zip lining. Although she was scared she did it with bravery and enjoyed every moment. This was definitely a life worth experience we don’t forget. Martin our advisor at Planet Hollywood was so professional and gave us all the info we needed to be prepared. Thank you so much!

Excellent tour - Booked Delphinus and Xplor as a package through Jimmy at our hotel, the Royalton Splash.
Jimmy was helpful and explained all about the packages.
Transport was perfectly timed, lovely clean van and the whole day was a great experience.

Mariesela set us up for a weekend of fun 🙌🏽 - What an amazing experience. The tour itself included transportation to and from our hotel. Xcaret Xplore Fuego is a night experience which includes zip line such an amazing experience. This tour actually included 5 different activities all included in the price. Mariesela was amazing and helped us set everything up and EXACTLY what she told us was included and not included was accurate so we didn’t get no surprises. Very helpful great customer service I will book again with this company hands down and thanks again Mariesela 🫶🏽🙏🏽
