Highly recommend - Everything was wonderful! From swimming with turtles & tropical fish to the beautiful cenote and our great tour guide! There was a photographer on site taking pictures of everyone swimming with sea turtles and met us when we got to the cenote too! So glad he was there to catch all the fun we had! I would highly recommend to everyone! Had a blast and want to book this excursion 3 more times!

Totally recommend - Cindy was great! Made sure we were all ok and included. Caves were incredible. Water was crystal clear.

Great trip - It exceeded our expectations, we saw multiple sea turtles, stingrays, starfish, etc... excellent experience

Meh - Chose the full day experience (7-9 hours) vs the half day (5-7 hours) because it was only $10 more. Tour was poorly arranged, bus was 30 minutes late and we spent more time driving between resorts than anything else. Had to stop and pick up guide on side of the highway. Cenotes weren’t even open when we arrived and we walked between them trying to find one we could enter without lights. Life jackets were ripped, missing buckles, etc. Swim with turtles was done on busy beach with tons of other groups. No snorkeling instruction provided. We saw turtles and rays but was not worth the price and the 30 minutes in the water. Also, had to pay a park fee that was not explained at time of booking had to be in cash. I’m sure there are far better tours that allow you the same experience for less.
