Cozumel is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second largest reef in the world. We´ll have a chance to explore its unique beauty diving in smalll groups and exclusively reefs. The depths and reefs are decided at the same day of the activity, we´ll chose the best option according to your level of training providing the best experience.

San Miguel de Cozumel - We meet at 7:30 AM at the main ferry pier in the Center of Playa del Carmen which is located close to Señor Frogs, the ferry we use to cross departs at 8:00 AM to Cozumel Island.
Once in the Island, we will move to Fonatur, the marine where our diving boat leaves from, all equipment necesary will be onboard (its very important to let us know previously the sizes). The navigation time to our first dive site is about 45 min, during this time you will receive all the instructions for diving and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Cozumel sailing along the coast.
At the end of the first dive there is a long interval (minimum 1 hour) between dives accompanied by snacks, the boat has water, bath, 2 levels, covered in case of rain.
The maximum time of the dives is 60 minutes, groups of 4 people per guide / instructor, NITROX tanks available at extra cost.
Our boat returns to Fonatur around 3:30 PM, and go back to the pier by taxi. The return schedule is optional, as the ferry tickets are open, which means is also possible to enjoy some extra time in the island.
FOR NON CERTIFIED DIVERS, 40USD EXTRA WOULD BE CHARGED.

Educational, relaxed, great diving spots, thanks for the new hobby! - All in all, a good experience - I became aware of the diving school during my stay in the hostel, on whose premises the diving school is located, and we immediately started talking. Diving was not on my travel plan at all, but I am very grateful to have met Jon, Mica (native German speaker), her boyfriend and Marta and to have gotten to know this wonderful sport. The area off Cozumel is amazing! We did two dives here by boat at two different spots as part of our introductory diving course.
The atmosphere was relaxed, but it was still very educational and you always felt completely safe and in good hands.
I did two dives with Jon myself and then two with my girlfriend and Marta.

The best experience - Cozumel is an underwater paradise, and the Be Diving team made my trip more perfect, and they also took some incredible photos and videos. I definitely plan to return with them on my next trip to Cozumel.

Best diving - Definitely recommended! It was my first time diving and I felt very comfortable and safe! The staff also speak a variety of languages. Great value for money! Before the dive I was given some important information and learned how to use the diving equipment properly. The underwater world on Cozumel was beautiful. Thank you for the great day!!

Best Diveshop in Mexico!!! - Me and my husband did a couple of fun dives in Cozumel with Be Diving and it was the best experience ever! Not only is Cozumel an incredible place for scuba but Jon and his team made us feel like home the whole time. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable and we never were put in huge groups so the attention was always spot on! Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful experience - It was the best experience for my nephews. Sergio was very attentive to them (since my nephews are 10 and 14 years old). For me it was a relief to have diving experts and great human quality. Likewise, being able to enjoy diving with my nephews and live a super special moment with them, which I am sure they will remember forever.

Best diving school on the Mayan Riviera! - I spent a month diving and learning a lot at Be Diving with Jon, I had to update my diving license, and I found the best place to do it! I highly recommend diving in Cozumel, I was very surprised for the better, huge coral formations… and the cenotes I won't even tell you about! Thanks to the entire Be Diving family!

awesome small diveshop with personal care - We were a couple looking for different diving experiences.
Be Diving is a small and professional dive shop that individually selected different dive sites for us.
We did rent equipment from the shop.
We were diving around Playa del Carmen on the Beach, Cozumel Island, and we even did a few Cenote Dives.
We can recommend the shop because of the small group sizes. Furthermore, we were really pleased by their service and are happy to come back whenever we can.
