Great tour - From the very beginning there was great communication with the tour operator. They were waiting where they agreed to and were very punctual. The buggy tour was awesome. I would recommend that you take a bandana with you because it is not listed as one of the things you need to bring, but definitely necessary. If you don’t bring one you can purchase it from the tour guide just before the tour. The cenote swim was awesome! I love how well they take care of everything. Do not wear sunscreen or bug spray because the cenotes are not just a sacred place but they are also a source of drinking water for the local communities. Fernanda was a fantastic tour guide.

Best Tour Guides in Playa Del Carmer, Fernando & Fernanda - Big shout out to Fernando & Fernanda. They are the best tour guides in Playa del Carmen. They were very knowledgeable but also joked with us and treated us like family. Real & genuine. I will never forget them or the tour. It made my first time in Mexico a great trip & was a great activity. Hasta Luego, Ezekiel

A dusty good day! - From the friendly and safe driver Ricardo, to the tour guide twins Fernando y Fernanda, my son and I had such a great time! We really enjoyed the buggies. To begin it was hot and sticky, but the first rev of the engine and the wind cooled us right off: it was a very comfortable temperature. When finally reaching the Cenote, we were ready to rinse off and cool down. It was glorious and the perfect amount of time for the swim. The ride back to the ranch was much quicker and that was perfect for us. You will definitely get dusty, so don’t try to look cute. I recommend bringing body wipes for when you return to the ranch. I might try my own goggles next time, just for a little extra comfort, but the ones they supply are just fine. I brought my own face mask and bought one for my son. They sell them there 2/$5 or 1/$3 US. The group we went with were fun and nice to meet, so thank you all for making our experience the best it could be!

Great tour, couple minor complaints - The tour itself was great...the driving and cenote were excellent. Guides were personable and great to talk to. The transportation to the tour was on time but he last 15 minutes is on a bumpy road nightmare. While the cenote was beautiful and refreshing there were a handful of construction workers that were there just sitting and watching us, which was a little uncomfortable.

It was ok for us.. . - The buggy riding was pretty fun, but the buggy we were assigned kept shutting off because of overheating. The Cenote description was not the same in the package. There was no life jacket provided, and it was just a bland experience. I think they need to provide food and something else, because I personally think it's need to much better organized.
