Memorable Trip - We are a family of four visiting Playa del Carmen during March Break from Canada. We decided to take a private tour to explore Tulum ruins and Cenote Minotauro. Our local guide, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our family needs. We fully enjoyed a very rare experience of exploring the cave with a trusted guide, swimming in the clear cave water, and learning the ancient wisdom of Maya civilization. Chris was very patient, kind and welcoming to make our trip memorable. We highly recommend this tour to a family with kids! Bonus points: He is an excellent photographer:)

Awesome amazing experience. - We were offered a ride in to Playa Del Carman to shop and visit Joe’s shop. We booked everything up and he took us back a few hours later. Very professional and reasonable prices. We had Oliver pick us up at the resort. He was amazing, took tonnes of photos of us and a few videos. We saw Tulum the Sea Turtles and went to the Cenote. We even got to stop for Authentic Mexican Tacos. Just a wonderful experience. When we do go back, I would have no issue with using Joe or Oliver or anyone’s services from this operator. The best part, it was all private and on our own time. No forced stops for shopping you don’t want to do. There’s flexibility in the schedule. Thanks for a great experience.

Private Day Trip to Tulum for my bachelorette party - HIGHLY RECOMMEND - These guys are the BEST!!! My friends planned a Tulum day trip for my bachelorette party with them. They picked us up in a van (8 ladies) with a cooler full of beer, water, gatorade; took us to breakfast, mayan ruins, snorkeling, and 4 cenotes in Tulum. This was all included in our total cost which was super reasonable. Our guide Joseph was so much fun, took a million photos of us whenever/wherever we wanted, and made all possible accommodations to make sure we had a blast!! Our driver Jesus was also super attentive. We booked our airport transfers with them too, Jesus was also our driver for those. We arrived & departed in two groups, they organized the pickups/drop-offs perfectly. We had a Whatsapp group chat with all of us, Jesus, & Vanessa who organized it all - they were super easy to get a hold of & even offered to send us a taxi when we were having trouble getting one ourselves on another random night.

AMAZING COMPANY! CANNOT WAIT TO USE THEM AGAIN! - Five friends and I used Turismo Channel through the recommendation of a close friend that had used them before. He told us we wouldn’t be disappointed, AND HE WAS RIGHT! In addition to the amazing airport pick up service, the actual tourism excursion that they planned for us were amazing! Guides, Oliver and Jerry, took us on an exciting bike tour of the Mayan ruins in Cobá, climbed the majestic Pirámide Nohoch Mul, and showed us the ancient fire ball courts that the Mayans played on. Not only did they escort us from each location, Jerry and Oliver made sure that we knew the history of the ancient sites. They are experts in the historical contexts of the area, which really made the visits way more vibrant! They also took us to a private cenote, where my friends and I jumped from high cliffs down into the crystal clear water in the cavern below. Absolutely magical! Long story short, if you are looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind experience in the Tulum area, Turismo Channel WILL NOT disappoint!
