Private Pyramid and Cenote Tour for Family 5 - Chris was our guide for the day and he was the best guide. He arrived early for our day. He had great conversation on the drive out. He was also compassionate with our special needs son. We got to the pyramids and cenote early and beat the crowds, and heat. Chris was our personnel photographer and very knowledgeable and passionate guide. We all enjoyed enjoyed a delicious lunch. We can't wait to come back for another trip with Chris on our next visit! Chichen Itza and Cenote - We did a private tour of Chichen Itza and a Cenote with Chris. I highly recommend this tour and Chris as a guide. He was extremely knowledgeable on history and had a great sense of humour. I cannot say enough on how great Chris was and how fun this tour was.

Knowledgeable guide and great driver - great day! - Our group of 8 cousins had a wonderful day tour with our guide “Christopher”. Not only was he a great driver, he was very knowledgeable and could answer any question thrown at him .. and with some history buffs in our crowd, there were a few! Very personable and made the drive just as enjoyable as the tour! Thank you Christopher.

The best tour guide company - During our recent visit to Playa del Carmen in the beautiful state of Quintana Roo, Mexico we hired Turismo Channel for a variety of services that included tours and transportation to the airport. Turismo Channel was located next door to our hotel and was super convenient for us to have this type of service available just a short walk away. The first tour we purchased was a collective tour to Tulum and a visit to a Cenote. Our tour guide was excellent. We really enjoyed all of his knowledge as much as the Mayan ruins themselves. Other than a communication issue with the tour organizer we were happy overall with this service. The second tour was to Chichén Itza. We really enjoyed Oliver’s (our tour guide) company and knowledge during our long day to this ruin site. We visited a cenote, had lunch and also visited the city of Valladolid in the state of Yucatan. We really enjoyed that day. Our visit to Xcaret was a little bit more complicated. Some member of our party got sick and couldn’t make it to our scheduled visit. I really believed that we were going to lose all 6 of our tickets because of this issue but Turismo Channel worked with Xcaret and pushed the date forward a few days and refunded us some of the ticket cost for the members that were not going to be able to attend. It is actions like this that separate other tour guide operators from this one. Being able to solve an issue when something goes wrong is what makes this Company different. The last service we got was a ride back to the airport from our hotel. The van arrived exactly at the time we agreed and got there in time. Next time we visit Playa del Carmen (we are already planning a second visit) there is no doubt we will hire Turismo Channel again. Thank you, Oliver, Vanessa, Adolfo, Manuel and everybody else that helped us make our vacation a memorable one.

Absolutely fantastic - We had absolutely fantastic and great experience with this tour company and ended up doing few trips with them where Oliver was our guide. We went to see ChichenItza and had a private tour for a group of us, also went to see various Cenotes and had stops for more local sightseeings and lunches - all suggests and tailored for us. Oliver - our guide was extremely professional, knowledgeable but also friendly and has always looked after us, gave us lots of recommendations, suggestions and always dropped us off and picked us up when needed. *** I cannot recommend them more and will definitely refer to all my friends who travel to Mexico. It was great and all experiences were beyond our expectations.
