As soon as you have purchased the PADI Open Water Diver course and provided the following details, we will register you with PADI for e-learning, so you can dive right in. This will save you at least 1-1.5 days. The practical part can be completed within 2.5-3 days.

the dives were wonderful

Unforgettable Playa diving experience! - I did about 10 divings with Scuba Caribe during my 1 week vacation in Riu, including the diving with bull sharks and Cozumel diving, and my son (13yo) did PADI Open Water certification - both had amazing experience and all instructors were awesome! Cozumel was a little bit tricky due to waves and seasick we got, but views there are very impressive, including some sharks and turtles we saw. Don’t forget to take Dramamine, if you are sensitive.
The management was also very flexible and few things were moved or arranged specially for us. The price is also reasonable.

Excellent Experience - Had a great time with Scuba Caribe. Waters conditions were not ideal due to a tropical system that had passed through the day before but there was an abundance of sea life during my two dives. We also were fortunate to see a bull shark on one of the dives. Danny and Jorge did a fantastic job as dive leaders and would recommend this place to anyone thinking about going on a dive in the Playa Del Carmen area.

Scuba Diving - The best place to certificated. Pierre and Billy were my instructors and I couldn’t have had better instructors. Learned so much from Pierre and Billy. Had a fabulous time and can’t wait to do it again. Can’t wait to go back. Go go go and you won’t regret it.

Open water referral Riu Yucatan Playacar - The whole team were really friendly and helpful but especially Stephanie who we did our open water dives with she was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, informative with great attention to detail. My partner had an issue on day two which she took extra time in the pool to help him with. We felt really well trained but it was also fun and made our holiday. Thank you so much to everyone at scuba caribe riu yucatan playacar.

Great way to get your PADI ceritifcation - I did both Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver courses with Scuba Caribe and my expereince was excellent both times. The courses are competitively priced, well organized and not crowded. Instructors are knowledgable of both the diving programms as well as the local sites.
All equipment is provided and can be combined with your personal equipment should you chose to bring some. Proper COVID prevention measures are in place, with BCDs and regulators being sanitized and quarantined between users and snorkels are brand new and yours to keep.
Dive sites are beautiful with plenty of marine life and sights to see. You basically get great diving experience at a stunning location while getting certified at the same time.

Padi Open Water Certification - The instructor Mr. Lot Miranda are very, very efficient and make me my the best and safe experience in my life.
The staff people - Cecilio, Giovanni and crew boat people Margarito , Angel and Jorge are very cooperative and friendly people.
Remember not forget your best pictures with Jose
Definitely I recommend Scuba Caribe.

Great experience! - Thanks to everybody at ScubaCaribe! Everybody there was really friendly and professional.
Javier was assigned to us as our instruction diver for this course. Javier is a very experienced diver with a lot of knowledge about diving techniques and nature (preservation). He learned us a lot about every aspect of the PADI course and we felt very safe and comfort on every dive!
We did multiple swimming pool and open water sessions to learn everything that is needed for this course. On this dives we have seen a lot of different fish species, sea turtles, sea horses, crabs and many more.
