1st dive - Really nice staff and pictures ! I enjoyed my first dive without any stress and I wasn’t scared at all. Thank you !!! I saw and learn a lot. Everything was explained really well.

A great experience! - It was our first time diving. Our guide, Lott, did a great job and explained everything calmly and patiently. We felt very safe all the time and never felt uncomfortable. The whole staff was always ready to help and explain you things, so you never felt alone or irritated. Lott showed us Moraines, Sharks and many other different fish. Jose, the photographer, made great pictures of our dive, so we chose to buy them for a fair price. The staff on the boat was always there to help you with your equipment or to get in or out of the boat. The next day we dived again because we liked the first dive so much. We were very glad that Lott was our guide again. The next time we visit Playacar we'll go diving again and hopefully with Lott. It was such a great experience that we think about making a diving license in Germany. Thanks to Lott, Jose and the whole diving staff for this great experience!

Incredible experience! - We had an amazing experience! Getting into the underwater world is an unparalleled experience. Our instructor was Jorge (master) and his entire explanation was very clear, always transmitting a lot of security and confidence. 100% recommended for anyone visiting the Mexican Caribbean! We visited the snapper cave.

Extraordinary, exceptional - We did two dives in one day, everything was masterfully organized... being French-speaking, we had a top instructor, it was Diane, passionate and I recommend her... extremely kind and total trust... great

Unforgettable experience - Excellent experience with very good quality material. Our instructor Gabi showed a lot of teaching and kindness with our 10 year old daughter. He knew how to pass on his passion to us for sharing a magical moment. We felt safe throughout the experience

Not as described, not recommended for beginners - Terrible experience. The training is for less than an hour and is very rushed. The practice "tank" is actually a 3ft resort pool in which we were taught to breathing and hand signs for about 20 minutes. There was no pool lesson on equalizing pressure etc. We spent more time waiting for the boat to arrive than on the lessons itself. I felt very uncomfortable after the lesson and chose not to go into the ocean. My husband went and within 10ft in the ocean felt ear pain and couldn't complete it. This would've been identified if the practice tank was deeper. We spent a lot of money for nothing... Definitely not recommended for a first time dive, unless you are ready to jump into 40ft ocean depth with 30 minutes practice in a 3ft pool.
