Best customer service!!! - We booked a tour to swim with whale sharks but unfortunately due to the weather, the tour got cancelled. It was our last day in playa del Carmen so we couldn't reschedule it. David was our salesman and he was very helpful with us and treated us very well. Please give him a raise, he deserves it ☺️

Diving the Cenote with Pedro Ambrosi - We were taken on our first dives of the Cenote by Pedro Ambrosi who was an excellent dive instructor. He was clear and instructive and took account of our relatively inexperience whilst giving us the confidence to do the dive successfully. Really informative on the area and the culture surrounding the Cenotes too. Perfect diving experience.

So many activities in one day! - We went snorkeling with the turtles, swimming In 3 cenotes, attended a Mayan Ceremony, zilplined in the jungle all in one day. Our guide Rob was Fantastic as well as our photographer Luis. Highly recommend having the photographer take your pictures and purchasing a Zip drive. We stopped for lunch at an authentic restaurant tacos. Pricing was very reasonable for an entire day of activities

Outstanding diving company - I hadn't dived for almost a year when I arrive at Riu Playa Car a fortnight ago and wanted to book a couple of dives. the staff at Scuba Caribe were all excellent. Thank you to Irati who handled my Scuba Refresher and accompanied me out on a couple of 13m dives - a real professional Divemaster who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. I then went on a Cenote dive with Miguel - a double tank dive this time and Miguel was brilliant. All the team seemed generally keen to help their clients and I look forward to returning next year, with a view to dive with the Bull sharks.

Great diving but.. - I had 4 dives with this dive shop. All 4 were nice (2 in Playa and 2 in Cenotes), the staff was friendly and helpful, the divemaster was very good and helped me a lot in the Cenote El Pit. What makes me rate them average is the total lack of interest following an incident that I had between the 2 cenote dives. I slipped on the wet steps and fell while wearing all the gear and twisted my ankle badly. I know it wasn't their fault but what I found disappointing is the fact that nobody contacted me afterwards to check how I was feeling. That night I had to go to hospital as the pain and swelling was getting worse and I ended up having my foot put in cast and spent 10 days walking with crutches. I think Scubacaribe knowing there was an incident on their trip, should had shown some interest but they didn't.
