Coty offers an amazing class! Highly recommended! - My 20 year old daughter and I had a fabulous time learning how to cook an incredible local dish, "Fish & Shrimp marinated in achiote, wrapped in Banana leaves, served with Xnipec sauce and rice" as well as fresh guacamole and freshly fried tortilla chips. Easy to follow instructions, and such a yummy result! Coty was extremely knowledgable, funny and entertaining. We learned a bunch about Tequila and Mezcal as well!

Unforgettable experience! So much fun - Unforgettable experience! If you’re looking for a cooking class with a warm but knowledgeable chef look no further. I came with my Fiance and we had so much fun! Her and Carlos’ attention to detail made the night go by so smoothly. We had an amazing time and will be returning 🧑‍🍳

Great good, great time! - This was definitely a highlight of the trip to Playa! Learned a lot, made great food, and had great conversations with Chef! We did the 3 course meal. Love having the recipes from that day, too. The homemade chips were so simple but so great. And it was topped off with tequila and mezcal tasting. Be sure to make time for this on your trip.

The best! - this was a great experience!!! Coty is so professional. Learned so much about chilies, peppers, tequila and general cooking. The kitchen is clean and Cotys people are so helpful. We made a three course meal. Made salsas, guacamole and totopos. Made a birria...like a beef stew and a flan. Enjoyed eating what we made and then we got an education on tequila. Just the best. Great value too! there were 4 couples. SOOOO fun! just do it! Thank you Coty for a great experence!!!
