Incredible - One of the best trips of my life, if not the best. I went with my parents and my two sisters and we all enjoyed it very much. Excellent food and services. I recommend it 100%

Great Tour - It was a great experience. However, there are two reasons of giving only 4 stars. First one is Time. We expected more time for each activity. Another one is Food. Though guide went far beyond to provide me and my family vegetarian food, we expected the better ambiance. All over the tour was great and guide Israel was very supportive and cooperative.

holbox tour - It was not at all what we expected from the tour, we spent more time traveling than on the islands themselves, the guide Maicol only accompanied us during the trip, he did not explain anything to us, he left us in a place and told us the time. We had, we hoped that he would explain something to us, but it didn't turn out that way. Regarding the place where we ate, it seemed like a small amount, plus the drinks were not included.

A stunning island! - Our driver picked us up on time at our resort. In the vehicle, there were a few passengers already present. We continued onward to another two resorts to pick up additional passengers before heading to a meeting point in which some people were going to the island while others were going to cenotes. Our driver wound be being our tour guide. A friendly fellow who looked like he was Hawaiian rather than Mexican in my opinion. The vehicle was a bit worn, with the air conditioning not working properly. It was cold in the front but not in the back. If you’re a big person you will find it uncomfortable to sit in the vehicle as it’s rather small/tight seating arrangement. It was a very long drive from Cancun but it was certainly a speedy one. We had to drive to a port and then get a small boat to get to the island. The boat kept listing as there were too many people on it and we had to switch people around by weight to steady it. The boat was only supposed to have 12 passengers to include the captain but we had 14. It was a rough ride to the island but the payoff at mosquito point was absolutely stunning! We had an hour there before we headed to the island for lunch that was included. We had plenty of time to explore but it was incredibly hot so my husband and I chose to sit down for a drink at the beach. Make sure to bring pesos as you will need it to use the toilets are not free. The next stop on the boat is paradise point. Here you have a half an hour again in paradise. However it was not clear exactly how to get to the meeting point. You must walk around the island to get to the meeting point. The return to our respective resort appeared quicker than anticipated from the boat ride to car ride back. All in all I enjoyed my trip. Just concerned about some safety issues but overall I would still recommend.

Don't book with them if you don't want to waste your money - We was a group of 4 and nobody could fit in the seats, 3 of us we are 1,60cm and we end up be in the bus for 5 hours go and come back without seating properly, we even texted the company on whatsapp and call them and they haven't replied back even if they read the messages, not even a sorry, for them you are not a human you are just dollars. I don't recommend that company

Holbox excursion scam - I booked an excursion, I wanted to change the date and I lost 110 euros, be very careful with Abraham, he is in the taxi area in Puerto Playa del Carmen, he is a scammer, I have attached photos of him and the conversation.
