Spectacular experience!!! - Excellent experience, continuous fun and always of high quality, it's worth the Gold member to avoid the long queues

MUST-SEE PLACE IN PLAYA - It's a must-see place in Playa...the show is breathtaking, you'll be amazed. Three years ago, I gave a poor review because of the organization at the entrance, but the situation was corrected and we went there last night, excellent welcome, good organization, 0 waits, we entered very quickly. You must of course get tickets in the front row, but in these seats the show is magnificent. So, I'm publishing a good review, showing that all this is useful!

Fab night - Loved the night , and our server was fantastic he was called uber As soon as our glass was empty he was there filling it straight back up couldnt do enough for us

Amazing show terrible booze - We went to see show on December 2018. Booked tickets online. Went 2 times to collect the tickets due to given instructions from the lady at the Coco Bongo. After second time we were told to come and collect tickets at 9PM. So got the tickets finally after a struckle. Online booking and collecting the tickets was a nightmare. It is suppose to make things easier. No it made it harder. Got bracelets and got in. Got pretty good seats at the upstrairs(gold member). Show is amazing and you should really go to see it. Booze that they serve is pure s$$t and cr$p in same package so sh$tcr$p. I dont know if we could get better drinks woth better tickets but the gold was best available from online. Service was fast enough. Never had to be thirsty. Best party looked like to be downstairs. Some girls and guy groups upstairs but mainly party people downstairs. I dont think you can really see the show from there but its not probably the point. Still a must do in PDC.

Honest review - Having read the reviews we were not sure what to expect. We are pretty chilled but the main aim of the night is to cram as many people into a room to maximise profits. The shows are ok but have huge gaps which women are then encouraged to join the dance stage to fill the gap. The best tip would be arrive early to get a good spot and ensure you tip, you get better service. We were unlucky on the night and got stuck with loads of people that just wanted to get on camera. A gold ticket means that you get an allocated space and seat but as we were not as quite crowded as other areas it just meant that people were constantly trying to sneak on just to get kicked back out.

Too expensive and too chaotic! Not worth it. - We were so disappointed with this experience due to many reasons! First of all, I had a knee injury wherefore we were told that we then had to buy the gold member ticket to 165 USD,- pr person so I was guaranteed that I could sit down. We were also told that there would only be one time stairs to reach the our area. When we arrived, we had to wait for a while outside before they started letting us in, then it turned out that there were actually three times stairs for us to reach our area. We had some great seats, until the servers told two girls from a lower-ticket-category that they could stand right in front of me, which made the actually great view way more narrowed. We had to wait for the snacks (not actually food, it was terrible, so remember to eat at home) for more than two hours, and we had to ask for it for perhaps seven times. The drinks were lousy, and there were so many weird breaks throughout the show, so overall a very bad and expensive experience. We felt sorry for the dancers who actually did a great job, as the show was just ruined with all these hard stops where they wanted the audience to party and dance. We left before the show ended, and we have no intention of going back.

Loud and Boring - Loud and boring unless you enjoy ear-splitting music and people swinging around like cirque du soleil and young women twerking. One woman up on the main stage took her dress off and was totally naked. From time to time the camera would do a twerking contest between two women. The food was cold and unappetizing. The best thing about this was the unlimited drinks in our VIP section. My husband felt sick and we left early but had to shove our way through the mosh pit in order to get out of there. People packed in like sardines and only one exit!

Staff scammers, shows meh.... save yourself the $ - Wouldn't bother personally, paid for gold entry. Absolute shambles, was completely oversold and our seats not available. So got moved to regular area, included drinks are watered down swill, and beware extra charges, as apparently being as was our wedding holiday they'd bring us shots.... nice one.... or not. They wanted to chatge us 400$ for a tray of shots. So we told them to sod off, they stormed off but actually left the drinks. Staff just scammers chancing it

THE ABSOLUTE WORST...BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!! - What a freaking ripoff and waste of time! Started off with horrible transportation. Tickets included to and from transportation from our hotel...what a joke! The driver dropped us off 2.5 blocks away from the venue and we had no idea where we were going. Open bar with premium liquor brands? NOT!!! We saw a waiter a total of 3 times over the course of 5 hours and none of the drinks they brought us had any liquor!! The "show" was BEYOND BAD!!!!! There was more club music and videos than performances...,we didn't pay to see the guests dance. The night was a total waste of time and money that I'll never get back. Take my advice...DONT GO!!!

Save your money - Awful, absolute rip off. Been a few times to the one in Cancun but decided to try here with kids for the Halloween party. Safe to say would never go back and would tell friends not to bother. Unless you have hundreds of dollars to throw at the waiters, you won’t get served, even though all inclusive.. we paid extra to get a table and then was told we had to pay another 100 dollars for a table?! They then said it’s 40 dollars?! Wtf! Money money money that’s all they’re interested in.. crammed in like sardines.. show was awful too just girls ad lib songs.. biggest waste of money ever….
