Ideal excursion! Highly recommended! - I want to highlight the attention we received from the guides Roberto and Marina, they informed us at all times what we were going to do, what time we had to be at each place. Very attentive at all times. The archaeological zone was very good (bring a hat or cap because the heat is UNBEARABLE). Bringing up this personal topic, it's very good. Then we went through an Oxman cenote, to cool off and swim a little. And we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch. Thanks for the service

One of our best trips, excellent service - We couldn't not go to see the famous pyramid of Chichen Itza! We loved the walk, pure history and very interesting! Wear loose clothing because it's very hot! Thank you!

Once-in-a-Lifetime - This trip was exceptional. The combination of history, exciting nature adventures, and Mayan food made the trip worthwhile. The travel company was excellent, communicating well throughout. The only drawback is that it’s a 4 hour drive to Chichen Itza from Cancun, but it’s worth it to such amazing ruins. I highly recommend this tour.

Visit to Chichen Iza - I went on July 31, good experience with easy tours, the only bad thing, so to speak, too much heat, what could be improved would be the lunch, we found it more or less, the rest was good, a nice place and the cenote we visited was nice

A Must-See!! - Chichen Itza is truly amazing!! We were picked up right in front of the condo we’re staying in and yes, it’s a very long day, but well worth it. I want to give a shout out to Guido from ParaViajantes who contacted me personally through WhatsApp and set it all up for us. He also assured me of the correct info after I received slightly different info from TripAdvisor. Highly Recommend!

Don’t expect all that is offered at booking - The destinations were amazing, getting there and back was not! Lacking in organization and communication. And a staff member insulted us because we weren’t fluent in Spanish.

Worse Tour Operator Ever/ Very Dishonest - I hired these people through Viator. my first contact from them was to ask that I agree to cancel my reservation so i can pay them directly ( outside of Viator). They asked for my GPS at my place of stay , which i provided. on the day inquestion at the meeting time and place, i was inside the location and saw a bus. THE BUS DID NOT HAVE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS I CONTRACTED. I called and text the rep. i even had Viator call and email the rep, all was done several times and no one answered. They texted me 1.5hrs later asking me to reschedule the tour, which i declined. I asked for a refund and they refused. This is a poor company and extremely poor service. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOID THEM, I have used Viator companies for over 15yrs and this one is the WORSE. ParaViajantes Transfer..PLEASE AVOID.
