So fun! - Wow! What a great time. Stefan met us and arranged for our crossing to Cozumel. He stayed with the divers on our tour, but Mike was a great snorkeling guide, pointing out unusual things he spotted. Swimming with sea turtles was a highlight! Beautiful reefs, in two different locations - lots of colorful fish. The lunch that was included was pretty bland, but not horrible. We had fun and felt safe at all times. Would recommend this tour, 100%!

Snorkeling off of Cozumel - Very nice 90 minutes of snorkeling (two 45 minute sessions). The rest of the 9-hour tour was van and ferry travel and a buffet lunch. Josh was a good tour guide.

Amazing day snorkeling in Cozumel! - This was an amazing snorkeling trip. Guides were great, especially Josh who led our snorkeling group. He was very personable, kind, and happy to answer all of our newbie questions. Gear was great and they made all the logistics easy - from ferry to taxis, etc. we saw lots of amazing fish, including small sharks, barracuda and sting ray. Would definitely recommend this trip!

Fun day of snorkeling adventure - Our guide, Gustavo, was terrific and really helped us see the undersea creatures that we otherwise might have had difficulty identifying. It was fairly windy so the current was strong but he did a good job of keeping the group together and safe while we enjoyed the water. We moved to a few different reefs to view the sea life while maximizing our time in the water. Lunch at the resort was buffet style so there was something for everyone. Transfers were well done. All in all, a good trip, would definitely recommend.

Nice snorkeling for a reasonable price - Took a 2-hour snorkel tour with them to a reef between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel while staying at the adjacent Royal Hideaway Playacar. Ricardo was nice to work with and gave us a very reasonably priced tour which fit our needs. This is not a party boat, but a basic tour. There were only four of us on the boat plus 2 crew. They help you wade out to the boat through the surf. Their boat and gear were in good shape and the guide did a good job of making us feel comfortable. He did not, however, point out anything to us as we went along. We were offered a cup of water on the boat ride back. We also took a Hobicat lesson from Gustavo who was great. Super nice man and very informative. The Hobicat was fun.

Pro Dive is an exceptional professional organization - Excellent snorkeling trip on the beautiful reefs of Cozumel. We saw turtles, sting rays, barracudas, an elegant moray eel, a sleeping shark hiding under the reef, and so much more! Super hospitality from Pro Dive getting us to the ferry at Playa del Carmen and to the dive site. Very safety conscious. Phil and his staff made us comfortable the whole trip. We had so much fun snorkeling and were so impressed with Pro Dive that we decided to get our Scuba Open Water certification during our visit to Mexico. Rather than going back to Cozumel, Phil recommended their location at Catalonia at Maroma. Francesca was our dive instructor. She was exceptional and made us comfortable through the whole experience. We have already booked our return trip to Cozumel to scuba dive the reefs in December. Hope to see some bull sharks.

Good Tour - We really enjoyed the snorkel trip to Cozumel. Water was crystal clear. The people were very knowledgeable and cared about the environment. My only complaint was that I kept loosing the guide in the water. From underneath they all look the same in black dive suits and blue fins. I ended up with another group in open waters. Suggestion would be to put there name on the bottom of their fins. I also would of rather had lunch after than before.

Crew was great but everything else mediocre at best - Everything took a really, really long time. Their boat was super slow. Had to wait for the divers to do everything before snorkelers got to go in water. Honestly, I would dive with these guys but snorkel with a boat that is -only- snorkelers. Also the vests we wore were cumbersome. They should be optional. I think this snorkel tour is for people who have never been before or maybe not strong swimmers. Crew was great though. Would be a lot lower score if it weren't for them.

Too deep and cold. No fish. - The staff was great! Unfortunately the snorkel trip was combined with a dive trip. Subsequently we drove in deep water and did not see very much. And the water was cold because of the depth. We should have been in a more shallow area so that we could see more and be warm.

No show, no comms, no refund, AVOID - Not much I can say here. They asked for some information. I have it to them and then they never confirmed my pick up. So I walked to the meeting point in the advert at the time indicated. No show there either. It's been several days and still no one has responded to my messages. I've requested a refund but (surprise, surprise) not a peep from them. Honestly I'd avoid this tour altogether.
