The best show -- fantastic night out - This club & show will blow you away. It's amazing and will appeal to all ages. Sure it's geared towards the young but we're in our 60's and thought it was fantastic. There are tickets and there are VIP tickets -- unless you want to be standing up all night ( 5 hour show) then splash out the $200 for the VIP -- includes all drinks, great seats on the balcony perfect place to watch and enjoy the show.

Coco Bongo at Playa Delcarmen is a Very good club - This place is the most beautifull club. The show is magnificent. Of you have plan to visit this place, make sure you buy the VIP pass. This will give you access to OpenBar free, you will get a table/chairs and most important you will skip the LineUp of undred peoples outside and inside the club. The Coco Bongo in Cancun is suppose to be bigger. For the Coco Bongo in Punta Cana it's smaller than the 2 others places and you will have to wait a lot of time in the one at Punta Cana. I will return to this place anytime in Playa Delcarmen and Cancun.

best night ever!! - Met up with friends here on VIP tickets & had the best night ever!! Waiters are amazing and keep drinks flowing! Acts are incredible and very professional! loved every minute of this place and will 100% be back next time....🍸😃

Over-the-top fun! - Crazy, crowded, loud, fun place in which to immerse yourself for a few hours! Vegas-cum-cirque meets nightclub. Not quite as good as it was pre-Covid (some cuts made to the lineup of impersonators and other special acts) but still a fun place. Drinks are pretty light on alcohol. Everyone had a good time.

Awesome!! - We went with the royal service and it was worth the money for table service. Our host was great, the show was spectacular. If you’re not a fan of crowds go on a Monday night as it’s slightly quieter. The only thing I didn’t like was the camera constantly displaying everyone’s breasts and bums. It’s very sexualised and for the skills of the dancers and quality of the show this is a real drawback to the place. Other than that it’s an awesome night out, be sure to have the following day free as we didn’t get back until 4.30 am and was a little worse for wear the next day!

Worst NYE of my life - There was no choice above to choose NYE 2023 in playa del carmen, but that is the event we went to. It was the worst time I have ever had on a NYE. We brought another couple with us as a Christmas gift and we were totally embarassed and spent the next two days trying to make it up to them. We had nowhere to stand other than a very skinny aisle way for waiters where we were shoved out of the way all night long. We coudnt get drinks, and had no view of the show. We inquired about a refund, knowing it would never happen, but I had photos of our food and our non existent view. We were just told that nothing was guaranteed and our $160 per person tickets never included a 'seat'. It was WAY oversold and really cheesy low class humor, all lip syncing. There was not one sliver of anything good I can say about it. I wouldnt go to this show again if you paid me. IF you want to go, absolutely pay for VIP, get in line HOURS early, OR pay more to skip the line - and get in as early as possible. If you have money to burn on VIP and dont care about quality entertainment or food, just a loud, low brow T&A show - you will have a great time. Otherwise, honestly dont waste your time. I am usually pleasantly surprised about how incredible events in MX are, so maybe that is why this was a double let down, but this is a tourist town and I guess they just dont have to try that hard.

FRAUDSTERS - Fraudster , tries not letting us in after paying over £700 for 4 seats , has us stood outside the club for over an hour on the phone to the hotel Charged my card £370 for 2 pictures takes inside the cub said it was £30 , take advantage of people trying to have a good time , FRAUDSTERS !!!!!!

Forgot to collect us - They forgot to collect us from the hotel. We paid our own taxi fare to get there. We arrived 2 hours late and there was no were to sit( we paid for royal service) Management said they were sorry for forgetting to collect us sorry we had missed 2 hours of the show and sorry we couldn’t see it. As compensation they paid our taxi fare £12 They said they would like to have done more but try weren’t allowed to.
