I should start off by saying this... -
I should start off by saying this excursion came highly recommended by friends and family that had been previously. While we were picked up from our resort on time, we were left standing in the heat for over 10 minutes after touring Chichen Itza. We were told by our tour guides to be at the entrance/exit at a particular time to which they werent there. The breakfast was a ham sandwich that no one ate. The buffet lunch was good however, we ran out of bottle water on the way home which was unfortunateas it was crazy hot!! The bus was also small and crammed full of hot sweaty strangers. At the end of the trip, our tour guide gave us a long speech on tipping him which I thought was rude and inappropriate. If given the chance, Im not so sure Id do this excursion again or recommend it to others definitely some room for improvement.
