  • Hard Rock Cafe - Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease.

How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

Food was outstanding. - We had a wonderful experience at the Hard Rock Cafe. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. We loved our waitress. She was so nice and polite. The only con would be that the cocktail drinks were a little expensive. ($14 each)

Great food and customer service - Had lunch here this weekend while visiting Pittsburgh and we were welcomed with a smile and sat outside as we had a dog with us which was great. Server was so friendly and attentive and gave us some recommends at request. We tried a variety of foods and drinks bit loved the share menu of burger sliders, pork sliders, fries and onion rings. Such great value and delicious to share. Very impressed. Good service in the shop too.

Rockin' Good Time with Fountain View - Me, my brother, and my stepfather went to the Gateway Clipper (big fan here!) and afterwards we came to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. We were met with a very nice waitress and we had a table with a fantastic view of the fountains at night which was amazing. I ordered a Hurricane which tasted great, and a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. That tasted great and the fries were pretty good as well. My only complaint was that the wait was VERY LONG! If you are planning to do a trip to the Gateway Clipper, save this for after the cruise because you may miss your boat. I actually like rock music, it all started with a rock-music themed roller coaster at Disney World, and loved the genre since then.

Fantastic - What a fantastic experience, so much music memorabilia. Food and drink was superb, but the staff were so kind and friendly that the experience of visiting a Hard Rock Cafe for the first could not be faulted. Thank you all

Good place to relax and enjoy good food - My wife and I stopped by for an early dinner and was glad we did. We were seated out back where we could watch the water fountain and listen to the music while people watching. My wife had the BBQ pork sandwich while I had the :Pittsburg pierogis with sausage. Both were very good. Our server, Melissa took good care of us. We both enjoyed ourselves and were glad we came here.

great venue bad food - Great place for entertainment but foods not great. we went to see kiss cover band and the vnue and music was great. ordered sliders and a shot, the food was horrible and the shot cost $11 dollars.

Average dining experience - I have always enjoyed visiting Hard Rock Cafes when I visit different cities. This one was not one of my favorites. The menu seemed pretty limited. Prices were high for the size of the portions. The food was average - I had pasta and it was pretty bland. Service and atmosphere were fine. I would probably not visit this particular location again.

Ok food but neat atmosphere - The food was just OK and pricey We had bbq wings, steak salad, grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese fries. It came to 73$ The atmosphere is neat and they have a little shop with souvenirs but we won’t be stopping again.

Worse waitress ever - The waitress was very rude!!! The food was amazing!!! The manager was very helpful!! I would have to go again alone before recommending.
