Pittsburgh - This is just a great way to see the highlights of the city plus great architecture. The tour guide was full of information and threw in a little humor.

Best yet - This was our third or fourth bus tour of a major city. Viator in Pittsburgh was the best yet. Totally worth every penny. The tour guides script definitely holds the record for wise-cracks and puns. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Just go. You won’t regret it. - This is so worth it!! Great tour experience. The tour guide was so funny and knowledgeable. We got lots of great pictures and learned so much about the amazing city of Pittsburgh. Sit on top if you can!! Much better view of all tour sites. Get street food before to eat onboard for a more complete immersion. Hats off to this amazing tour company!! We had a blast and you will too!!!

John was phenomenal! He... - John was phenomenal! He gave us so much history of Pittsburgh and insight as to what we will be seeing before we got there so we missed no highlights! I would say he is very knowledgeable as well as very proud of his city!

Must have introduction to Pittsburgh - We took this tour on the rainy day and loved it. We got a lot of information about Pittsburgh, interesting facts and just had a good time. I highly recommend!

A great tour - Very nice. It’s was a beautiful fall day when we took the tour. We decided not to hop off and I’m glad we did. I feel we got all the highlights of Pittsburgh in one fell swoop and still had the remainder of our day. The tour guide was fun and knowledgeable about the city.

Good City overview for short visit - The on board experience was very good. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. My other experiences with hop on hop off buses have been more user friendly with using the service. In this case, I had to book a particular departure time and had to start at the first stop. Perhaps that was due to my departure time of late in the day.
The online maps were very useful and booking was easy.
Overall a good experience.

Get the red bracelet - Didn’t know there were different color bracket to get you on and off the bus. If I know I needed a red to get back on the bus I would have never gotten off.

Not a trip to take if you want to learn the history of Pittsburgh - We were not happy that it was raining and cold and we couldn’t get on the bus. The driver went into the store and left us standing in the rain and then got an attitude with my 87 year old mother-in-law when she wanted to get on. She closed the bus doors on her and told her to wait until she started the bus and then she reopened the doors. My granddaughter asked me why the driver had an attitude. The narrator was good, however, we had hoped to learn more history of the city that was reason we took the tour. My husband said the the driver was a bit scary with her driving.
