Additional Information

This is the dream itinerary for aficionados of whisky and those aiming to get an authentic sample of the highlands and the Scottish wilderness!

Our expedition will commence by crossing the Forth River and journeying up to the highlands, stopping first at a distillery. Not just any, but the globally renowned Dalwhinnie Distillery, established in 1897. Besides its fame, it holds the record for the highest working distillery in Scotland, positioned 1073 feet above sea level. It benefits enormously from two natural resources: pure frosty mountain water and abundant, rich peat from the local landscapes.

At lunchtime, we’ll pause at the well-known House of Braur. Here, you can find the perfect souvenirs and keepsakes to remind you of your Scottish venture.

The next distillery on our itinerary is Blair Atholl, Scotland’s oldest active distillery, dating back to 1798.

Finally, we’ll revisit the highlands and Scottish panoramas as we return to your cruise ship or hotel.
