- Minimum age is 8 years for the Leaning Tower
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monument won’t be possible
- Remember that all tourists before to climb the Tower have to go to the proper left-luggage office to hand in bags/luggage before starting the visit.
- Due to special religious functions, sometimes the cathedral will not be visitable with the guide.
- DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded.
- As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain.

Square of Miracles with Andrea - Enjoyed this morning tour with Andrea (...Allora!"...) with a nice summary of history, and debunking myths / outdated info. January is a great time to go, because you don't have the crush of excess tourists nor steamy hot weather. She gives tips on how to navigate the cathedral / baptistry / city walls, and your trip up 294+ steps of the Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower... )

Pisa tops - Alessia the guide yesterday 13 January 2024 was very good, culturally well informed, excellent explanation, excellent approach with our 8 year old child, good enough to do another tour with her. The city of Pisa was well looked after and enchanting. Thank you, Alessandra and family.

Great - Our tour guide was super sweet and very helpful! She even helped us with a train ticket for another tour we had because we were confused. Very educated on the spots she took us, her personality was awesome as well. Climbing the Pisa tower was definitely a once in a lifetime thing for us because of how exhausting it was to climb the stairs plus it was very narrow so you have people climbing up and people going down leaving so that was tough and kind of claustrophobic but still glad we did it!

A memorable tour with a brilliant guide. - Andrea is a fantastic guide and really brought the tour to life. She is very knowledgeable, informative and funny, with great enthusiasm for what she does. She gave us lots of useful information about the main buildings and gave us good tips about where to get the best views.

Our tour guide was the best! - Andrea, our tour guide was amazing. She is truly a storyteller and she explained everything in a super funny way. It was one of the best tours we took in our vacation. I highly recommend it. Ask for her, you’ll have a great time.

Visit to Piazza dei Miracoli Pisa - Spectacular visit with a very knowledgeable guide. We took lots of photos. It's just a shame about the bad weather but no one can be responsible for this.

Short visit to Pisa - Our guide lady was very nice, but the tour was a little boring, plus the brutal heat, well not a good combo. They shall pick a much better location to meet, it was hard to find them.
