- kids under 8 years old are not allowed inside theTower .
- When the visit of the Baptistery won’t be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible
- DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.

- Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Wonderful - The photographer was a wonderful addition to the tour. She took candid photographs along with the traditional holding Pisa up photographs.

Loved it! - It is an exceptional piece of history from Denis ( I believe that was him from Spain but living in Italy for many years) a great history lesson about Pisa

Great tour, perfect length and tickets allow access to additional sites - Very much enjoyed the tour; it was a good length of time with a nice amount of information about the history of these amazing buildings. At the end we were left to be able to go up the tower (you have to leave your bags in a locker near-by, but the tour guide told us all this so we understood the 'system'). Going up the tower was a weird experience, given the tilt of the tower ... wonderful views from the top. Baptistry also great.

Great tour of Pisa! - Bring water! This is a walking tour and could be a hot walk. Vltge tour is very informative and gives you a good amount of time to take pictures and hear how all of the structures were built. We loved our tour guide!

Good tour, worth the money. - We had the pleasure of joining this tour recently, the communication regarding the tour was very informative. The meeting point was easy to find. Our guide was friendly & very knowledgeable about Pisa. Her information & instructions very clear. We throughly enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely worth going up the tower to see the views.

Great experience! - One of the most spectacular sights to see. Andrea our guide was incredible! So informative and fun! Directions were clear. Easy meeting points. Great time! The ticket gives access to spend as much free time in the other areas as you would like.

Bell Towers of God - Wow! A 360 experience
Climbing steps 251 I think lol can be a challenge however the spaces to rest with spectacular views make it worth the effort.
The bell tower is a sight only surpassed by the feeling of being closer to God

Book with caution regarding timings - Worthwhile tour and good to be able to fit it all in with a knowledgeable guide. We added the additional climb up the tower which was well worth doing except please note that very strict and inflexible time slots are given for this. We were reasonably lucky that ours was straight after the tour. However, the info says that the whole experience is 1.5-2hrs. Our tour with the guide was just over 2hrs and then we had to wait for our time slot. It takes about 1/2hr to go up and down the rower. We were on a time scale for our next trip so it’s something to be wary of. Although we managed to fit it in, some people didn’t as they had a later slot and it clashed with something else they were doing. Also, to note is that all bags including small handbags must be left in a locker and there was also a very strict rule re covering shoulders. None of this affected us but again something to be aware of.
The guide was knowledgeable and we learnt a lot but we got the impression she was ‘just doing her job’ rather than actually enthusiastic or enjoying it and the person who came round with her holding the flag looked bored and didn’t crack a smile! None of that though would put me off recommending the tour as it was worthwhile and a good way to see everything.

Beautiful tower area but totally run down and desolate town. - The leaning tower and the buildings nearby are wonderful. But the rest of the town of Pisa is run down smelly and totally desolate. We drove a long way to get there and only needed a few minutes to see the highlights like the Borgo Stretto, in addition to the tower area. The rest was disappointing.
I love Italy and, especially being an architect, have enjoyed travelling all over Italy over and over again. But Pisa has to be the most disappointing town I have ever been, considering the high amount of tourists and public interest. Not much to see apart from the tower square.
Much more investment is needed to regenerate the town un desperate need for it.
