• Piazza della Repubblica - One of Florence’s main squares. Here, the driver will drop you off and provide all the necessary information for exploring the city independently, with approximately three hours to visit the attractions listed below. The driver will also inform you of the return time to the ship, which can be arranged.
• Duomo - Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore - This expansive open-air museum includes the Cathedral, Brunelleschi’s Dome, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and the Baptistery of San Giovanni. The Duomo’s striking white and green marble facade is captivating. Located in the heart of Florence, it stands before Santa Maria del Fiore, commonly known as the Duomo.
• Piazza della Signoria - For centuries, Piazza della Signoria has been the epicenter of Florence’s political life. The impressive Palazzo Vecchio, the current city council and civic museum, is located here. Visitors flock to admire Michelangelo’s replica of the famous David, a statue over 5 meters tall, crafted from pure Carrara marble.
