Amazing bike ride - We loved using Smile and Ride! They were the nicest people we met in Pisa and they helped accommodate us in every way possible. I would highly recommend using them for all your biking needs. Such an amazing ride to the coast and the bikes were comfortable. So easy to use and made our trip awesome.

E-bikes to Marina Di Pisa - Smile and Ride are great. We had pre-booked 3 e-bikes but when we got to Pisa we realised that we had booked for the wrong day. This was no problem for Smile and Ride and they changed our reservation without any problems. Bikes were great and we did the trip to Marina Di Pisa which was lovely and easy to do in an afternoon. We have no hesitation in recommending Smile and Ride. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great way to look around Pisa! - Beats walking and an e-bike is a great way to see a lot of Pisa without too much effort! Tour with audio was fab and route very easy to follow. Elena at Smile and Ride was super helpful and so friendly. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next day and did a tour to the Marina which was just as good with an amazing cycle path, most of the way, made from a disused tramline.

Great experience. - Great customer service and the bikes were amazing.
Even if you get lost, we like doing that anyway, the self guided tour had gps, so you always know where to go.

Fantastic experience and amazing bike. - So welcoming and easy to talk to. They explained the bike and the trip with ease. I was worried going by myself. But the freedom it gives you is excellent. Easy to read map and great sites and descriptions. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend it - 100% worth it. The app takes u to little streets and bike streets that is so pretty and so easy to follow in the map while riding.
The staff is 100% kind and respectful with good english. Honestly they are very kind and helpful.

Very good! - Friendly and helpful staff provided us with all the information we needed and made sure the bikes were adjusted correctly for us.
The route to Lucca was cycle friendly with a mix of cycle tracks and wide roads with few cars. It was almost entirely flat with some hills on the route back, though you can just return the way you came.
Overall this was a very enjoyable experience and we’d do it again if we returned to Pisa!

Top bike rental - Good service. E-bike is good condition.
Got a flat tire. They did repair it free of charge.
Got a nice itenary for a bike tour (rondtrip to Lucca)
