Beautiful, informational - We did a tour with Fabrizio and Hans (driver). It was an amazing tour. Fabrizio is good in speaking English and explains all the details of the temple and vineyard we went to. He was very patient and accommodated all our requests. We took our time in going through the temple and the gardens. He took our pictures and we had fun!

Authentic guided tour and beautiful winery - We were picked up from the hotel on time, our driver Hans and our guide Fabi were cordial. The tour at the Santa Rita winery was authentic, not exaggerated as a promotional show and the wine tasting of 2 varieties was crisply told and to the point right. We can recommend the tour gladly and had a nice afternoon.

A unique experience. - Tour all was perfect, wonderful tasting, see all the vineyard and enjoy the pleasures of a good wine has no explanation.

Taking a walk with a guide like Cristina is excellent - The guide Cristina is an excellent person. The walk wouldn't be the same without her. The tour in Concha y Toro is beautiful, the wines are sensational.

Terrible experience and disappointing service - Booked the tour to Concho y Toro winery through the hotel (Hotel San Francisco--lovely) for the afternoon. Was advised they would tell me about the pickup time. Received text informing me that they would tell me. Wrote them in the morning of the tour asking about pu time. No response some three hours later, I went down to hotel concierge and finally received a pickup time. Very disappointing as it interefered with any planned activities for the morning of the tour as I was uncertain about their pick up time. They only communicate through WhatsApp texting. They picked us up at 230 in the afternoon and we then picked up another small group at another hotel. Drove through Santiago and its environs for nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes and not a word from the hostess whose spoken command of English was far better than my fractured Spanish. Not a word about Santiago or its neighborhoods that seemed interesting to learn about. Very disappointing. Their literature does not indicate if the tour runs from start to finish about 4- 6 hours. Equipment and driver were nice though no water was offered for the long ride. I really fault Lucero Travel not educatig their hosts about how to educate and fill the time on the long ride out. Very poor performance by the tour company on all counts. I would not use them. The tour of the winery with 7 tastings was good. That is why I gave it two instead of one. Use another company.

Indifferent, insufficient and unsatisfying. - Very blah tour with the stingiest pour in the history of wine tasting. We paid extra for a premium tour and ended up in a group of 28 people and received three very tiny taste of three very blasé wines.
