We reserved a 2 seater Talon, but when we arrived there was only a 4 seater available. We ended up compromising and taking the 4 seat Talon, but the rear tires on it were bald. That was the negative. For the positive, Michael is very personable and easy to talk to. He would have given me a full refund had I chosen not to take a 4 seat machine. He also had new tires sitting off to the side ready to mount on the machine. they just weren’t on it yet. We were 15 minutes late getting the machine back to him because of the traffic and he was not concerned at all about this.
