Awesome time Terri was super helpful - Terri was absolutely amazing, she was patient and kind and was great to interact with while choosing prizes. We all won an assortment of prizes in a clean and fun environment.

Very helpful - Alexis is awsome!!!! Our grandson lost his cellphone and she was able to find it and return it to him which made his day! We will absolutely go back to arcade city on our next visit.

Girls just wanna play Wizard of Oz - During our annual visit, we always enjoy playing at this arcade and Gregg was helpful and friendly! The extra play offer is always nice!

Arcade City Fun - We went to Arcade City and had a Groupon issue (nothing to do with the arcade) and Dustin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. The kids had a blast, and Bree was so patient with them when I came to prize time! Thank you!

Great Arcade. Great fun. - Issac thank you for keeping the Oz machine up and running. If you are looking for a fun place to go in Pigeon Forge. Arcade City in Pigeon Forge is the place. This is a family place. The atmosphere is great. The sounds and lights keep you energized There are games to please everyone. Dustin your the best we had a great time.

Awesome Place for Tons of Fun - I love playing the Wizard of Oz push coin game..my husband and son usually play all the other games while I sit and enjoy this one. Great place to take the whole family and located at the Island in Pigeon Forge. Has the best selection of merchandise for cashing in tickets. Highly recommend!
