AVOID AVOID AVOID - Whilst this tower operator may opt not to believe reviews based an 'names of booking', I think the use of the word 'asinine' in a reply to a reviewer is indicative of the aggressive and unprofessional nature of this tour operator. Asinine is pulling into stops that are closed and assuming that all people booked online and received an email with instructions. Some of us walked up on the day. Asinine is suggesting in your hand-out that only 3 or 4 couples get out per winery to improve the experience and simply go back to the winery on your next loop. Unless you look at the start time and finish tome of the timetable, NOWHERE does it mention that without getting off anywhere, a full loop takes 2.5-hours and many of the wineries close an hour and a half before the last listed pick up from that location! Boarding the bus the woman who identified as the owner who has 14-buses on the road (woohoo) and insisted we 'shut the windows or you'll blow up the engine and each of my vehicles cost $75000' (is this the customers issue?). Speaking of asinine comments........ We were barked at when we asked for air-conditioning to be turned on with the response 'none of you have opened the vents, you're the problem, not my buses'. No one was complaining, simply asking if we could have air-conditioning on. The drivers looked harassed, too scared to move without a screaming (yep........we could hear you down their phones) manager/boss saying move don't move. With all that GPS tracking and ruling with an iron fist you told us about as your team were spoken to appallingly, you knew where they were. For all the gumph about your great vehicles we couldn't hear any narration about where we were, recommendations. Perhaps a study trip to see how well run hop on hop off's may assist you. As will taking the feedback of those who had a miserable experience and wish they'd spent their $99.50 elsewhere. The wait-times at the start, the sign in process. That's a whole other review. The positive was the bonding of strangers over the poor experiences we had from 'the owner'. P.s. I certify that this is my own personal experience and my genuine opinion.
