Path of the Gods - This type of tour start from Sorrento Naples is for those who like to combine the amazing scenery of the Amalfi coast with time for hiking one of the most famous paths of our Coastline.

From your accommodation in Sorrento or Naples you will leave at 8.00 am in the direction of the Amalfi first.

The Amalfi Drive is a famous Winding road with breathtaking views of the beautiful stretch of coastline on the Mediterranean where we will stop in a number of places giving you opportunities
to take memorable photos.

UNESCO awarded the Amalfi Coast a well deserved spot on the World Heritage list in 1997

We will stop on the way for make a couple photos before get to Amalfi city center.

Continuing our drive down towards Amalfi, we will pass through some of the popular fishing villages Praiano, Furore and Conca Dei Marini.

1 hour stop- Amalfi - The main town of the Amalfi Coast lies at the mouth of a deep ravine, at the foot of Monte Cerreto surrounded by dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery. where you can take a relaxing walk in the main Square Pizza Duomo and visit the beautiful cathedral of St Andrew, Museo della Carta (Museum of handmade paper), the ancient dockyards, or simply try a delicious gelato and admire the view of the waterfront.

We’ll continue our tour on the way upwards to Bomerano village, where the driver will leave you to walk through the amazing Path of the Gods and will be waiting for you in the main square of Nocelle village the end of the path: it’s one path, you can’t get lost.

When you get there your driver (if you like) will take you to a renowned family run restaurant for lunch.

After lunch the driver will take you to Positano.

Positano

The very famous vertical village, the jewel of the Amalfi Coast, thanks to its picturesque landscapes.

We will take you to the heart of Positano, where you can stroll through the narrow streets to the main beach passing by stylish boutiques, outdoor cafés and restaurants.

Positano has been featured in several movies including the very famous

Under the Tuscan Sun.

Also very well known for the linen, handmade sandals and ceramics.

The church of Santa Maria Assunta is also worth visiting which features a dome made of majolica tiles as well as the thirteenth century byzantine icon of a black Madonna.

After the visit of Positano, the driver will take you back to your accommodation in Sorrento or Naples.

An Invigorating and Enjoyable Experience - My boyfriend and I decided to walk the Path of the Gods while visiting the Amalfi Coast for 10 days. We didn't have any expectations and if we did, the views would have blown them out of the water. It is a mid-range hike (that is challenging in some areas so don't expect an easy stroll). But it was absolutely worth it. The views cannot be beaten! And having a guide waiting for us at the end was definitely a plus. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and made the entire experience extremely enjoyable for two weary and happy travellers!

A highlight of our week in Sorrento! - Worth every euro! My husband and I did this tour and would highly recommend it. Aside from the phenomenal views, our driver, Adriano, provided us with more information about the area than we ever would’ve gotten on our own or with a larger tour group. Additionally, he would stop along the way at scenic locations and offer to take photos of my husband and I. Our satisfaction and comfort were his priority. The vehicle we rode in was a Mercedes SUV that looked brand new. We were picked up at our hotel in the morning and taken back to our hotel in the afternoon. It was a luxury to do the tour at our own pace in comfort! Wonderful experience!

Best experience - Massimo and nunzio were amazing. Had a fun, informative, and casual experience. It was the first day of my first international trip, and I couldn't have asked to spend it any other way.

Great day on the Amalfi Coast - Nunzio made the tour an amazing day. He recommended an agenda, let us choose what was important to us, and helped us see things we’d never see on our own. It was a splurge for the day that was totally worth it. People on their own looked hot and tired. We were relaxed and enjoyed the whole day. I’d highly recommend the tour.

Amazing views & a varied day of nature & shopping. - Fabio was an excellent driver & tour guide. It was great to be dropped off for the walk & collected at the other end. The views were spectacular & well worth the hike!

Great Amalfi Coast Tour - We had a wonderful time on our tour. Our guide, Aronne, was so knowledgable and fun to be with! He accommodated all of our wishes, including a surprise wedding vow renewal. We were two couples and the wives surprised the husbands with Aronne's help. He helped us buy bouquets of flowers and took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch with beautiful views. When the ladies came out from the restroom in our lovely, white dresses, Aronne read the vow renewal we had prepared for him. It was wonderful and the restaurant, le Bonta del Capa, was so nice to allow us to do this. And their food was amazing. Aronne also took us to a couple of places which allowed for great photos. We felt like we had a friend on the Amalfi Coast!

Private Amalfi Coast Tour with path of the Gods - Our driver was fabulous and really accommodated a last minute change. One of the couples decided not to do the walk so he took them to the meeting point in Positano and let them enjoy the town. I think the reviews about the challenge for the Path of the Gods varies quite a bit. It's not a cardiovascular challenge since you can move fairly slowly, but if you have any balance issues or difficulty climbing you may want to reconsider. Taking a walking stick helps with some of the deeper steps. It was pretty crowded when we started at 11:00 am. I suggest starting as early as possible. We had a great lunch following the walk and ample time in both Amalfi and Positano.

Amazing day trip and enjoyable driver!! - My husband and I chose this tour at the beginning of our honeymoon because we wanted a little bit of both hiking and sight-seeing, and the whole experience was AMAZING!! A very large part of our amazing experience is thanks to our guide and driver, Aronne. During our morning pick-up, he arrived early to our hotel. Aronne was very informative, told us fascinating historic facts and stories, answered all questions, and provided awesome guidance. He provided great souvenir, pastry and food recommendations at our destinations in Amalfi and Positano. He provided clear instructions on how to find him after the hike, which was absolutely GORGEOUS and a must-do for nature / hiking enthusiasts. I was getting a little car sick due to the windy roads, and he was very attentive to notice that I wasn’t feeling well, so he kept offering to take breaks, asking if I was OK, etc. He also pulled over at cool photo spots and took great photos for us! He taught us some Italian, always made sure we were comfortable, and was overall very energetic and enthusiastic. We haven’t finished our Italy trip yet, but we can already tell this will be our favorite trip and tour guide! Thank you Aronne!

Wow...An unbelievable experience. Words are not enough! - Vittorio was the best tour guide we ever had. He was full of knowledge about the entire drive, hike, and region. He was always taking care of us...and bonus, an amazing photographer. He too many pictures of the family. This trip was fantastic and we highly recommend Rosato for any tour.

Rosato team makes you feel like family. - Amazing experience with Arrone. The entire Rosato team makes you feel like family and takes amazing care of you. Communication is proactive and clear. They make you feel so comfortable. The experience itself is a can't miss experience. The views are breathtaking. It was our favorite experience of the entire Italian trip.
