- Via Radicosa, 42 - Guests will be warmly welcomed at an authentic farmhouse, offering stunning views of the upper Amalfi Coast. This charming farmhouse, managed for centuries by the historic Acampora family, provides a breathtaking panorama of the Amalfi Coast. It also served as a source of inspiration for the renowned poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who penned the famous Neapolitan poem “Luna d’Agerola” while relaxing in this idyllic setting. During the visit, the chef will guide participants in crafting a tiramisu from scratch, using the cherished recipe of Nonna Maria! After creating the tiramisu, guests can unwind with a tasting of our homemade wine. Following this, participants will prepare exquisite mozzarella, made from the milk of our cows, lovingly raised and cared for on the farm. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn traditional cow milking techniques by hand. The experience continues with the preparation of delicious tagliatelle, ensuring a fun and engaging time for all. Finally, guests will savor all the organic products, experiencing the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

It was amazing and a must do! - This was the most traditional Italian experience ever. We cooked traditional Italian dishes, and then got to enjoy the flavor of our work. Giovanni and Valentino gave you the warm Italian welcome.

Amazing hands on authentic experience. - We had an amazing hands on experience making pasta, tiramisu, and mozzarella, and it was absolutely delicious. Then to top it all off we milked a cow.

Great experience of Italian cooking!! - Highly recommend this cooking class! It was a great experience, food was delicious and all around authentic experience. We got to milk the cows and everyone was so nice! Had a wonderful time and learned so much!!

Amazing and authentic cooking class !! - Giovanni’s cooking class was amazing! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and taught us lots of tips for making delicious pasta, homemade mozzerella and tiramisu. The milking the cows part of the tour was a fun experience and was so nice to meet the rest of his lovely family. We had a great afternoon and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting almafi!

Like a dream! - Giovanni is the main reason why this experience was crazy! The very good boy and full of desire to teach. It was honestly all perfect. An experience that I recommend to anyone coming to the Amalfi Coast.

To flee - Activity not according to the description, everything was already half prepared, only 2 out of 12 people participated completely in the realization of the recipes the others just dipped cookies in coffee, broke eggs in a bowl, added hot water for the “making” of the mozzarella, stretched and formed the balls, we absolutely did not realize the 3 activities from A to Z.
