Additional Information

Receive a warm welcome at a genuine farmhouse, perched high on the Amalfi Coast. This serene location delivers an awe-inspiring view of the Amalfi coastline and has been lovingly maintained by one of the region’s oldest families, the Acampora dynasty, for hundreds of years. It was in this paradise that the notable poet Salvatore Di Giacomo harnessed its beauty to pen the famous Neapolitan poem ‘Luna d’Agerola’. During your visit, our chef will guide you through the process of making Tiramisu from scratch, following the renowned recipe from Nonna Maria! After concocting the Tiramisu, enjoy a moment of reprieve savoring our homemade wine. Next up, we will engage in creating the marvelous mozzarella, sourced straight from the milk of our pasture-raised cows. Subsequently, join in the fun of making tasty noodles. To wrap up, you will get to indulge in all the organic products, taking delight in the authentic flavor of Italian cuisine! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when making your booking.

Wonderful experience! Don’t miss it! - Valentino was an excellent teacher! This class is at a bed and breakfast in a beautiful location. This was a personalized experience, as it was just us and one other couple! They were very willing to accommodate me as a vegetarian too. All food is local and very fresh. We used milk from their cows to make the mozzarella! This is one of my most favorite memories from our trip. Valentino even offered to answer any questions via instagram when we try to make these recipes at home ❤️

Great experience on a beautiful farm! - Giovanni is an outgoing 13 year old who did an amazing job guiding us through the class. He has charm and humor that makes the class very fun. He does a great job explaining how to prepare the food. The white sparkling wine was my favorite of the wines we tried. The food was absolutely incredible! We arrived early and they showed us a quick trail to an incredible overlook of the Amalfi coast. We took the bus up from Amalfi to the farm location for the 4pm class for 3€. We misunderstood that there were no buses back so we found a local who helped drive us back down for 60€. Plan ahead for bus times back if you plan to bus!

Fantastic cooking class, and spectacular food!! Giovanni is number 1!!! - We spent a beautiful morning at this farmhouse where Giovanni taught us how to make handmade pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu. Giovanni is an exceptional boy, very good and super smart and his family was kind and welcoming! In addition to cooking, Giovanni accompanied us to the castle where there is a wonderful view of the coast and its fantastic colours! Giovanni and the family also cooked us what we had prepared: the pasta was seasoned with tomatoes, ricotta made by them and vegetables from their garden, while the mozzarella was accompanied with tomatoes, ricotta and cured meats also made by them. All accompanied by wine which (obviously) was homemade. In short, it was a wonderful day and an experience that I recommend everyone to do, even if you already know how to cook!
