First time shooting and loved it! - Mike was super helpful and patient with me as this was my first time ever handling a weapon. He was also very thorough with the safety briefing and very clear with his tips and instructions, which helped make me feel really comfortable during the training. This experience was defiantly the highlight of my trip to Arizona and could not recommend this enough to everyone out there looking to try something new, or even looking to improve their current knowledge and skills. Again thank you so much Mike I really loved and appreciated this experience!

Great Experience! - I’ll start off by saying it was such a great experience! My friends & I were in town visiting for the first time and wanted to try something new. This was the perfect choice. Mike was very knowledgeable and patience. Even though it was our first time doing an activity like this, it was such a fun time and we also learned a lot! I definitely would recommend & would return. Great Tactical Rifle Training Experince - Great experience with Tactical Rifle Training with Mike at Cowtown range for me and my 16-year old son. Learning how to properly zero the rifle was truly valuable and will help with our own long guns. The skills we learned will stay with us for many years. Mike was great and very patient.

Daughter's First Time Shooting - Thanks Mike and Stephanie! I had been promising my daughter for months to take her to learn to shoot a rifle, but work and life kept getting in the way. I contacted Mike about being able to get some time on the range and show my daughter how to safely shoot a rifle. My schedule was tight and I travel a great deal, but Mike was able to set everything up in less than a day and get us out for a great lesson and a lifetime of memories for my daughter and I. After a great introductory lesson on the rifle and safety brief, my daughter was succesfully plinking away at the steel target in no time. I also, could see her confidence growing through out the lesson. I also had a chance to throw a few rounds down range and show her that her old dad can still shoot. Great tactical exercise - nighttime scenarios with pyrotechnics and role players - Our group just finished a one-day Tactical Rifle Course - the Team Six Experience - where we learned how to shoot and move with rifles. We did a few realistic scenarios at the end of the day, including the Mogadishu Mile scenario at night where we re-created the actual military extraction in Somalia of a Special Operations group escaping a city under constant fire from terrorist and guerrilla groups. We had a great time, learned a lot, and gained a new appreciation for what our military troops go through on a daily basis just accomplishing things at night, with confusion, and the 'fog of war'. Thanks to Arizona Tactical for their great setup, their pyrotechnics, smoke, and their great role players that added to the realism.

Awesome experience - As a tourist I have been on different shooting ranges where you just get to shoot 20 rounds and that's it, but this is so much better. You are instructed by an actual trainer for law enforcement or military members, learn how to handle the guns correctly, get advice on how to improve your marksmanship and get to know tactics. (You get to choose if you just want to shoot for fun, or train in a scenario for real.) I always felt safe on the range while I was with Mike. He's a great trainer and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for more.

Awesome experience! - Such a great experience. The staff was absolutely awesome. The people were very accommodating, all at varying skill levels, and very easy to talk to. I learned A LOT and had a great time doing it. I would highly recommend!!

100% Worth it - First time going to something like this. Great experience!! The staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone regardless of the experience level. They split us up according to skill level so we didn’t hold the pros back. Not only did I learn a lot of cool tactics, but it was a ton of fun!

enjoyable learning experience - I’ve taken a few training classes with Arizona Tactical Adventures and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. The class sizes are typically smaller with instructors able to modify the experience to individual skill levels. There is a wide variety of options so that as your skills progress so do the challenges. I enjoyed the tactical rifle training so much I took it a second time, each time learning something new. A recent handgun introduction training event at Ben Avery was perfect for those new to handguns and self-defense. This was a perfect opportunity to assess my skills and learn where I could improve.
