5:32 am Sunrise over Phoenix - The crew looked kind of ragged, but they behaved very professionally. Took off in time for the sunrise and then had a very smooth flight, including the landing. Our pilot was thorough and extremely careful. He was very clear with instructions. We flew over highways and fields, businesses and mountains. Saw many birds, including a hawk, as well as a coyote. The end of flight champagne toast was interesting because our pilot was very knowledgeable about balloon flight history. Great experience! Highly recommend 👌

Amazing and beautiful view! - Getting on the hot air balloon was a fun experience. Shane was fun and witty. He was very helpful in helping my son, and all of us feel safe. I enjoyed the lecture on the different type of cactuses and the exotic poisonous animals.

Shane is Awesome! Flight went great! - Yesterday's sunrise flight was awesome! Shane (our pilot) reminds me of a laid back Army Sgt. with the sarcasm and sharp wit to boot. To be honest I don't blame him for getting annoyed. He explained the landing instructions three times and the women on our flight just kept talking. It's disrespectful. Pay attention to what your pilot has to tell you because it's information that could prevent injuries or possibly save your life? Common Sense? Was he rude about addressing it? Sure. But only after she asked him to explain his instructions a fourth time. Could he polish up on his rebuttal or maybe elect not to say anything to rude, disrespectful, or possibly stupid people...sure. I thought he was funny and pretty considerate of where he was piloting the balloon. Shane made sure to fly in areas that allowed for better pictures etc. I appreciate he is straightforward and I don't blame him for not wanting to tolerate disrespectful people.

Hot Air Balloon Ride - What a fantastic ride. Love everything about it. The crew were very professional and courteous. Will do this adventure again.

Above the fray on Mother’s Day - The best way to spend Mother’s Day. Our tour operator was safety minded, engaging and competitive. We loved the fact that he was determined we would be the first to take off and the highest. The sunrise was to take place at 6 am and we were in the air just in time to see it peek over the horizon.

Up, up & away! - Terrific trip, Michele & Mike are a dynamic duo, with Shane as our Pilot, I learned more about this area, the history of ballooning and plant life than I ever knew. It’s been many years since my older brother and I have spent any quality time and had such a wonderful experience together Thanks you guys! Rebecca Hahn

Impressive flying for a bucket list experience - This is an absolute bucket list experience. The crew — Shane (pilot), Matt and Mike — were professional and safe while being lighthearted and fun. Shane’s handling of the balloon was super impressive, getting close to the ground as we went over the hills but always totally in control. I was a little worried after reading other posts mention feeling nauseated; I get nauseated easily, but with a Dramamine beforehand, I felt totally fine. We could have stayed up in the air for the rest of the day! Definitely recommend.

Great experience overall but Shane is not for everyone - The balloon ride was AMAZING!!! The views, the sun coming up over the mountains and the tranquility being up there…. Words can’t describe the peace I felt. Now Shane on the other hand was a piece of work. He was funny, sarcastic and had a dry kind of humor. He was very informative but didn’t like ANY input from customers. His overall demeanor was abrasive and porcupine like. LOL!!
