Fantastic experience for the whole family! - The pilot was fantastic! Very entertaining and we learned so much! The whole team was awesome. You feel like you are a part of making it happen!
The flight is indescribable! Such an amazing experience!
One filled with juxtapositions:
- Quiet…untill the propane flame thrower comes on and deafens you.
- Seemingly slow moving…then they tell you that you’re at 5500 feet.
- relaxing and peaceful… and then you realize you’re in a huge wicker basket,far above the earth!

An Experience Like No Other - Amazing views and an experience like no other! Very nice and accommodating staff. I would recommend to anyone who would like to see Phoenix and the Sonoran Desert from a brand new perspective.

Memorable- Must do! - Shane was so knowledgable about piloting as well as the area. He told us a lot of facts. Afterwards, he told us the story about the original hot air balloon which was interesting, said the prayer, and enjoyed the mimosa toast and fruit.

Worth the money - It was a rough start due to some mechanical issues, but they were able to over come that and resolve the issue. Once we were in the air Shane did a great job explaining what we were seeing. We also were in the air longer than the other balloons and changed elevations through the valley.

Nit a sunrise tour - Just because sunrise is in the name does not mean you will be in the hot air balloon at sunrise. We watched the sunrise from a empty lot along side the road. Was told we would leave at 625 sharp from Starbucks but didn't leave until 645. Balloon ride was great, staff was great but Shane is a bit full of himself.

Beautiful sunrise - The view of the sun rising and being above the noise is calming and beautiful. It was a smooth ride that was peaceful in its simplicity. It was a new experience for me and I enjoyed it. I would love to get a chance to go farther in the area to see more. The area was a bit too "city".

$400 Life Lesson - don't do business with Viator - I experienced terrible customer service from Viator and the operator. I requested a refund due to inputting the wrong dates. Both parties stated that nothing could be done, but the operator had the final say. While I would have respected the operator's decision to reject the refund, they audaciously denied my request and even texted me directly, suggesting I book my replacement trip with them instead of Viator. I am extremely disappointed with Viator's non-existent approach to resolving customer issues, especially when their partners discredit them and attempt to take away business.
