Starbucks is located directly across the parking lot from Lowes. We meet in the parking lot. IF you are late to pick up you could be left behind! We have a tight timeline to fly. Customers who are late will not be refunded. Use bathroom before you arrive.

First thing to think of doing while in Phoenix - The ballon instructor or pilot was awesome, good vibes & views, and the end was incredible with the champagne toast where our balloon pilot turned into a great bartender making lol 😊

Unsafe pilot DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! - I recently booked a balloon ride and the pilot told us that the winds were too strong and that he was given the wrong size balloon for the basket we were in. He said he only had two ground crew members for a balloon that needs 4 to be safe. He told us it would also be a very difficult landing and yelled at passengers when they didn’t want to fly.
If you take the time to read many of the reviews you will see that the pilot is completely unstable and shouldn’t be in any sort of customer service business. I was THRILLED when the balloon collapsed on itself and he was unable to take off!!! I do feel sorry for the very polite ground crew members that he tried to humiliate and blame them for every issue. I’m unsure if the FAA regulates this but I’m sure planning to find out!
