Blissful sunrise a mile up! - Our pilot was really outgoing, extremely funny and really personable. Offered many points of interest during flight. The breakfast after was nice touch followed by history of how ballooning began. Crew were really friendly and offered to take pictures.

Amazing!!! - Had the best time of my life! Ever moment was seamless. Jonathan is probably the best pilot ever so if you re planning on doing this, absolutely ask for him!!!!! Every staff member was lovely! There were so many beautiful touches at the end with the breakfast and champagne toast as well!!! My partner is afraid of heights, but we felt so safe from the start to finish!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!!

51st Wedding Anniversary - We can't say enough positive things about the experience. We felt safe, super safe. We were well prepared, we knew exactly what to expect with the information given before even arriving. The crew we had, including Jonathan & Joy - and others, were very professional, very skilled, extremely knowledgeable and they took great care of us. Wow!!! Would do it again.

The Best!! - My hubby & I had an absolutely amazing balloon ride. The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. The customer service was beyond incredible. From the time we got to the airport, to the ride to the balloon launching area, to the balloon ride, to the landing, to the wonderful breakfast, to the ride back to the airport & anything in between...it was fabulous. We never once had any fear. The captain, Jonathan, has plenty of experience under his belt & he's a hoot as well. It was so calm & beautiful up in the air. The food was delicious & we enjoyed talking to the people who were on the flight with us. It was on my bucket list, a gift from our daughter & we are so grateful we did it. My hubby even said he enjoyed it very much. We would definitely do it again. The crew & staff work very hard to make everyone feel comfortable & they deserve kudos. No complaints here at all & we would highly recommend Hot Air Expeditions.

Outstanding Highly Recommend - The whole experience was outstanding. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Casey was our captain and answered questions throughout the 1 hour flight. The champagne breakfast was just right. I highly recommend.

Great hot air balloon company. - I highly recommend this company. The communication was clear and timely. The flight with Casey was EXCELLENT!!! We saw a beautiful sunrise and the crew set up a wonderful breakfast after the flight. I flew with another, well known, company in Phoenix before and the experience wasn't nearly as nice as this one. What an Experience! - WOW!!! This was definitely the best experience my wife and I have had in a long time (sex aside :-) ) The professionalism of this company is amazing and second to none. Alisa (our Captain/Pilot) was great!! And our ground crew Chief Marcus was also amazing. My wife and I felt safe from the time we launched to the time we landed and had an amazing breakfast!!! Do Not go with anyone other than Hot Air Expeditions!! Thank you all!!!!
