Following that, we’ll explore a local marketplace, tasting exotic fruits, intriguing desserts, and what we confidently declare to be the finest ribs in the Kingdom (take our word for it!), and perhaps some unusual critters. The journey comprises around 6 stops in the nearby market, providing a glimpse into Cambodia’s frequently overlooked food landscape, illustrious history, and rich culture. We then advance to our main event (yes, there’s more) at a traditional Khmer BBQ, indulging in live local music and dining as the locals do, all complemented by the country’s favorite drink - beer!
