- Guests should take their own physical fitness into consideration when choosing a tour of moderate-high activity
- Guest require a certain amount of mobility to maintain stability and comfort on the vessel, the 12metres are not wheel chair accessible
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour commences
- No smoking is allowed on board the vessels

This regatta run was my fifteenth time doing it, as I do it almost every time I visit St. Martin. The regatta never disappoints, and this year's run was no exception. It was a terrific day to be on the water, and the race was close and very exciting. I was with a friend who had never done it, and he was very favorably impressed. Our captain Rashid was terrific and very skilled, as were all the crew members. I have recommended the Regatta to many others and will continue to do so. Great fun and a very memorable experience.
