A Great Time!! - Out tour was amazing! My friend and I had a private Jeep tour and Calvin was our tour guide. We got to see both the French and Dutch side, learn some St.Maarten history, have some amazing Caribbean lunch at Rosemary’s Creole, and experience the Moses Walk. Booking the private jeep was a great experience because we weren’t rushed and were able to stop at some extra spots throughout the day. At the end, we ended the tour with some great rum punch. Hanging with Calvin for the day literally felt like I was With family. I’ll definitely be back

Fun and East - We rented a jeep. Pickup was a breeze and they were there on time. The process to get the vehicle was easy and it was in very good condition. No issues while driving and return trip was also easy. Will definitely rent again.

Great!! - Office girl was very helpful. Loaned us a step stool to help get in and out. Stopped traffic for us to get out onto the road. Directions to location from cruise ship was easy to follow. Excellent service all around.

Cool Trip - Had an excellent time. Could not have asked for a better time. The staff is very good people, that I just can't thank enough.

Nice Jeep's but a little unorganized - Pros: Jeep was new, great A/C. Clean. Intake and car prep person were very nice Cons: process is unorganized. Lots of people in a small area and no real system in place to get people moving.

DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISAPPOINTMENT - We were a group of 10 people who relied on TripAdvisor reviews for an excursion to St. Maarten. Very long wait for the shuttle from the port (1 hour plus unmentioned shuttle fees of US$20 per couple round trip). 2nd: Girl at the rental center reception, very nice and helpful. 3rd: At our request we wanted a particular color and that's where it all begins. The jeep doesn't start the first time, it's very dirty inside, etc. 4th: the 2 jeeps are not full of gas and we are told to stop to refuel on the way and to bring the jeep back to the original fuel level. 5th: Breakdown of a jeep at the gas station (starter) we are 2 mechanics therefore able to make the diagnosis. The landlord sends a mechanic to the site and has the jeep replaced. Waste of time and 1h30 wait. After that we return to the rental center. The owner of the rental center tells us that he can do nothing for us, that it is normal for this kind of thing to happen and does not want to know anything about compensating us for one of the 2 jeeps. We didn't want to get everything for free but a simple compensation would have made us satisfied. Note that JEEPS are not all very recent and that several indicator lights are on in the dashboard, brake and suspension noises too. So we do not recommend this place for rental. Not a happy camper - We cancelled our rental by the cancellation date and you still charged my credit card; even after someone called me to confirm the cancellation. Not happy

Not the best experience. - It said that the transportation was included. They charged us $15 per person this had to be in cash. There was 4 of us. I did not have Internet to show my confirmation with it included. We did go back 2 days later and she did give us our money back but that was an unnecessary trip. Also I confirmed it was a 24 hour rental before and when we got there she said we had to be back by 5pm. I said thought we could bring it back the next day and she said no. I was not misunderstanding this there was 4 of us there and we all heard the same thing. When we got back the owner/supervisor was there and said this was not true. With both of them there said she never said that. They said we could take the jeep back out. But by this time we rushed the whole day to see what we had planned and it was to late to drive back to where we wanted to spend some time.
