Almost missed meeting - I booked private car from cebu airport to local hotel. 2 hrs late for pickup! Bad! I called the phone number and the lady did not have my driver confirmed even though i had an email confirm. When i called she had to have me call back in 10 minutes because she was unable to communicate via Whatsapp or Text with my US phone number. When i called back said the driver was prepping the car and would arrive shortly. 2 hours later he arrived! I was still charged full price for the ride and the delay did not allow for me to get any rest prior to meeting and i had to rush to clean up and change clothes! It was not a good experience at all!
