Operating Schedule: Beginning at the Bourse Building right across from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, plug into our multi-lingual headphone audio to discover the origins of America, since Philadelphia is where America’s Founding Fathers first declared independence from England, and then ratified the US Constitution and Bill of Rights to start the new nation. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of such historic landmarks including the Christ Church Burial Grounds, Elfreth’s Alley, the Betsy Ross House, and Independence Hall, to name just a few.

As you head west, see the Friendship Gate in Chinatown, be amazed by the architecture of Philadelphia’s City Hall, and be sure to explore the various museums along Benjamin Franklin Parkway, including the Barnes Foundation – known as the world’s largest collection of post-impressionistic art in the world. As you continue your journey, marvel at Philadelphia’s growing skyline and get a bird’s-eye view from atop the One Liberty Observation Deck. Great tour - One of the better hop on hop off tours I’ve experienced. Good guide information and it covered all the true highlights of the city plus some nice food recommendations.

We were on and off of the... - We were on and off of the bus probably eight times, with every guide being different and periodic road detours we learned saw and learned new things every time. Thank you for the great experience!

Excellent Experience - Drivers were so amazing, helpful, accommodating. My aunt was disabled and she made everyone move so she could lower the entrance to the bus so my aunt could get on with ease. She was so sweet and nice. It was cool and windy when we went but the upstairs was beautiful. In the sun it wasn't bad at all. Most of the time it was minimal wait time to get off and back on. Almost all the tour guides were good and entertaining. Great experience. And would do it again. We had age ranges from 3-60+, handicap, stroller, bags, and they made it so easy for us.

Get in Ruth’s bus!!! - Ruth was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and funny! So much knowledge! She delivered it with perfection! She knew so much about each spot, she could answer questions and had me in awe! Evans your made me want to get off the bus!! Having taken Ruth 1.5 times then getting on the bus with Evan… Evan’s unsavory banter and jokes made him miss more than half the info Ruth gave. He was more interested in talking crap with people and bashing the city and its government than doing his job. I wish he would’ve covered the mic when it was windy cause that was just as annoying to hear as his jokes. The tour was amazing!! So many great spots!!! So much to see and so much history!! 10/10 recommend Ruth and her tour!

It served its purpose but was mehh. - So my goal was to have a way to get around and sort of get a lay of the land. These buses allow you to hop on and off, and they come every 20 minutes. You can make the entire circuit in 90 minutes and then circle back around and get off at the ones you want. It accomplished that goal. The reason I give it an average score is the tour guide spent the entire trip trashing the history! Okay, we get it; every story has been sensationalized. Every story has flawed humans like every single other human since the dawn of civilization. I'm pretty sure no one pays money to go on a tour bus to listen to someone trash every site on the tour.

Phila Experience - Enjoyed the bus tour, however due to no fault of the company the bus had to make detours. As the driver navigates through the detour streets, there should be announcements to the passengers to watch out and beware of the long hanging tree branches that will come into contact with passengers head, face, eyes. If you are not paying attention this will cause a huge problem.

Microphone did not work reliably - The route was nice (although there were detours that prevented us from seeing some of the sites that we thought we would see). The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was safe. The microphone the tour guide was using kept shorting out and made it very difficult to hear and follow what she was saying.

Bunch of rip off artists - I love seeing my travel destinations with a bus tour to orientate me and to get the feel of location. I have had the pleasure of the services of this branded operation on numerous occasions in cities throughout the world and have found them to be excellent / very good on every occasion. As you might be ahead of me, there is indeed an "however ". The guide on this tour was pleasant and reasonably knowledgeable, but was obviously bluffing on too many aspects & relying on his banter and humour, when actual facts and information would have been appreciated. HOWEVER, and this is the biggy, this all paled into insignificance when the bus pulled over without any prior announcements, and my family and another 12-15 customers were very rudely told to get off the bus as the tour was at an end & a private party were boarding immediately. At no time were any of us advised that this was trip was not going to be a full circuit - we had entered into a paid contract in good faith with the operator to deliver the expected service - in fulfillment of our side of the contract our money was offered and accepted by the operator on the explicit understanding that we were doing a full tour, with us specifically asking how long the trip would last before we paid - our descision to pay was entirely based on the response of the agent of the operator . Had we been advised differently then we would not have entered into this contract. As a disabled person, who is also a carer for someone with disabilities, I was absolutely appalled to be faced by threats by the tour director (Louis) which I have undeniable video evidence of, who said he would call the police on me if I did not vacate the bus - he was not interested in resolving the issue and simply said "you can get a train back to your starting location.' Only when faced with threats of litigation did the operator allow us back onto the bus and return us to our departure point. Absolutely 100% appalling ans reprehensible behaviour by the operator - do yourself a favour and avoid these charlatans 🤯🤬
