This 90-minute adventure offers a different perspective on the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ in the evening, with all the attractions and landmark locations lit up under the night sky.
Departure Point: Philadelphia Marriott Downtown near Reading Terminal Market.
Departure Time: 8pm
Suggested boarding time: 7:30pm.
‘Philly by Night’ is not ‘hop-on hop-off”. Passengers will have the opportunity to climb the famous Rocky Steps at the entrance to the Museum of Art and to take pictures of the city’s nighttime skyline. Enjoy live narration from a tour guide, who will share interesting stories about one of America’s oldest cities.
Along the way, visit Penn’s Landing, South Street, the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Chinatown, the Avenue of the Arts, the Ben Franklin Parkway, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and much more.
The tour ends back at the Marriott Downtown around 9:30PM

This scenic route includes iconic landmarks like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, and incorporates a stop at the Philadelphia Art Museum’s famous ‘Rocky Steps’ for an opportunity to take a memorable photo with the beloved local champion or ascend the steps for an unparalleled view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and City Hall. Additionally, the tour takes a journey through the age-old Society Hill and the scenic route of Penn’s Landing.

Awesome! - This night tour was so much fun! Our guide Sam was super friendly and kind, not to mention she had an awesome sense of humor! The information she provided on the history and architecture of Philadelphia was great. I had visited Philadelphia many time previously, and I still learned a lot of new information I hadn't ever heard. Money well spent, and highly recommend.

Awesome Tour. - Awesome tour!! (8pm Saturday night)

The grandkids loved it! - We took our teenage granddaughters who loved seeing the sights and sounds and energy of the city. Loved riding on the upper deck! The tour guide was very good and shared lots of interesting facts. Worst part was: the exhaust fumes were pretty strong

Bright Lights of Philly - Would not want to drive Philly at night so a bus tour was a good idea. It did get darker earlier in September so some things were not readily visible. Tour would be excellent earlier in the summer, but also hotter.

Not worth it - Driver was driving too fast past the historical sites. By the time the tour guide let us know what we were looking at, the driver had already blew past the historical site so we weren't able to take pictures nor see what the tour guide was talking about. It would have been nice if the driver drove slower. It's a tour!
