Our tour begins at the Temple University campus. Once we have a brief introduction, we will jump into the history of the area and the former NAACP president responsible for changing the lives of tens of thousands of Black locals.

Next stop is the Viaduct Mural Project, a larger-than-life multi-block art project showcasing the past, present, and future of the local Black residents.
- Urban Creators - Location: Urban Creators, 2315 North 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19133
Next stop is the Urban Creators Farm, a black-owned farm, park, and outdoor classroom that is the epitome of Black existence and resistance. We will dive into their history and the murals surrounding the land.

Our final stop is The Village of Arts & Humanity, one of the longest-running Black non-profits with all-year-round multigenerational programs uplifting the surrounding community. We will enjoy the multi-block mural, African statues, and mosaic projects that preserve the cultures of the majority being pushed out due to gentrification.
