Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on engagement. We’ll walk you through all the crucial steps in the coffee roasting process. Following this, we’ll sample the coffee varieties together and analyze the outcomes collectively.
The sessions are always enjoyable, and you’ll get to bring fresh new knowledge (and coffee beans!) back home.
This course will take place at the Vamo Coffee roaster and instructional lab, fitted with industry-grade coffee machines, apparatus, and brewing gadgets. The studio, positioned in the heart of Philadelphia, is very handy and it’s nearby other renowned sightseeing spots and dining venues.
