It’s a wonderful chance to boost your wellness routine while on holiday.

Though the main focus is on jogging, power walking is also acceptable. Catering to all levels of fitness, 6-9 resting points are set up along the route. At each stop, we’ll engage in a light exercise and learn about the historical sites. The stops also offer a fantastic opportunity for photo sessions.

The gathering point for the tour is the fountain in Franklin Square Park. We’ll start with a brief icebreaker, followed by warm up exercises. We then power walk the short distance (2 blocks) to the Ben Franklin Bridge walkway, where the jogging section starts. The tour wraps up where it started, at the fountain in Franklin Square Park. We’ll end with cooldown stretches and a farewell.
