Worst service I've been away in. - We booked the tour the day after arrival and it was 1,5 hour trip. I contacted the number for the tour to ask about parking, but did not receive a reply to my SMS. When we arrived at the rendezvous the next day, there was no boat there. I texted again without answer, and called three times without success. They stopped the calls and texted instead asking how they could help us. I replied that we did not see the boat and they replied that it was called "Mercery". I confirmed that we knew it, but we didn't see it. I tried calling again, but they didn't answer. My boyfriend called several times and they finally answered that the tour was cancelled due to problems with the boat. Several others were also waiting for the boat. I called and texted one last time, and they confirmed what my boyfriend received by text. I replied that several people were waiting and that everyone should have received a text message. They then claimed that they were not booked through them, although others on site claimed that they also booked through the same company. After a lot of ifs and buts, and after I asked several times via SMS about the refund, they replied that it would take 3-5 days. The others never received text messages about cancellation
