Peso da Regua’s stunning scenery offers panoramic views that inspire a desire to delve deeper into the city. It’s no wonder its hillside vineyards were recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2001. The region’s beauty isn’t only derived from its fruitful vineyards; it’s also reflected in the daily rhythms of life in the Douro. Winters are peaceful and serene, seeming to cast a calming influence over the vineyards themselves. But as summer gives way to autumn, the vineyards come alive with the hustle and bustle of the harvest season, as grape pickers ascend and descend the slopes with their baskets and snippers. The tour typically kicks off at 8:00am and wraps up by 6:00pm. The cost of the tour covers all expenses: site visits, tastings, and lunch.

Good value for money - We picked up the bus from the centre of Porto. Our guide, Igor, was enthusiastic, polite and friendly. The information he provided was very good and he was obviously very knowledgeable.
Our driver, Pedro, was excellent. We were on the bus for two hours and we felt very safe.
The port and wine tasting were well organised and informative. It was good to visit contrasting vineyards.
The boat trip allowed us to see the valley from a different perspective and learn a lot about the area.
Lunch was 3 course, quickly served and the wine was plentiful.
All in all the day was well organised and we met lots of lovely people.

Great tour, highly recommend!! - Luis was a fantastic tour guide, the wineries were great especially the first, Quinta do Tedo. Food at lunch was much better than we expected and the van and boat were a good way to see the Douro valley. Real value for money and would highly recommend.

An unforgettable experience! - Ivo truly made our trip an unforgettable experience! I can't help but praise his incredible skills as a guide. His enthusiasm and laid-back sense of humor added an extra dose of enjoyment to our journey. Ivo's ability to sense when we needed to unwind or get hyped up was spot-on, and it made all the difference in creating a harmonious and exciting atmosphere throughout the trip. His knowledge and passion for the places we visited were evident, making each stop along the way more meaningful! Best Tour Guide - Milena is the best tour guide we've had in our entire 3 month travels this summer. My wife and I loved the detailed history, explanations of Portuguese culture, and her enthusiasm!
She brought such fun and engaging energy that the entire tour group were all friends by the end of the day. She also went above and beyond making my wife feel extra special for her birthday (the day of the tour), and even got us extra wine served at the lunch venue. Couldn't recommend any more, 11/10 experience.

The most complete experience you will have in Douro - 100% recommend this tour! We had the most amazing day with our tour guide Milena and driver Rui! The tour consisted of visits to two wineries, lunch, and a boat ride. Our tour guide and driver made the experience even more enjoyable. Milena was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. She was always available for our questions and doubts. The driving was safe and pleasant. We are very thankful for the amazing day that made us feel like family.

A good guide, but a basic tour. - Philipe was an excellent driver and guide, who explained various sites and their history. Lunch at Quinta de Santa Julia was good, but the cruise was basic and short, without any refreshments available in the hot afternoon sun.

Uber expensive! - We actually liked the tour and the guide but we were given conflicting pick up information that found up costing us 93+ Euros to get to the Régua train station when we could have been picked up (like the other members of the group) in Porto civic center area for free. Is there some thing you can do to offset these charges or give credit for the future? I can supply the Uber receipt.
