Spectacular and unforgettable trip in the nature of Peru - I did the trip with a friend of mine, so we were 2 persons and our guide Jhimmy. From the beginning he explained us everything important from the Inkers and their culture and we even learned some words in Quechua. The hikes were spectacular and nicely timed so you can acclimatize well and enjoy the whole experience. The first two days we had a private cook who prepared typical Peruvian breakfast, lunch and dinner for us which was amazing and even woke us up in the morning with a cup of tea. On the trip we went from high altitude regions next to impressive glaciers down into the jungle and ultimately up to Machu Picchu. Jhimmy explained us also all the flora and fauna on the way and how the local people are using it. I really laid a high focus on valuing and appreciating our mother earth (Pacha Mama), which I really liked a lot! I am very happy with the whole trip and also with our guide and cook who are very great and friendly people!!! I can recommend this experience, especially with Jhimmy as guide to everybody!!
