- Vinicunca Mountain - Guests are picked up from their hotel between 3:45 and 4:00 am. After everyone is on board, the journey to Cusipata town begins, lasting approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival, breakfast is provided, and there are facilities available for restroom use and stretching. The trip continues for another hour to the trailhead at Chilliwani, where the hike to Rainbow Mountain begins. At around 8:30 am, the hike to Montaña de Colores starts, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours on a gradual uphill path. Upon reaching the destination, there is ample time to listen to the guide’s explanations, take photos with the Rainbow Mountain, llamas, and locals, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Afterward, it’s time to prepare for the return journey to the vehicle that will transport everyone back to Cusco.
For the return, guests can choose to retrace their steps on the same trail or opt for a more adventurous route through the RED VALLEY.
