• Local Goat - Next, delight in an Artisan Experience at a charming, off-the-grid goat cheese farm. Savor freshly crafted cheeses and homemade gelato, all created with local craftsmanship passion. Gerald hand-milks the goats each morning, and Julie skillfully churns the milk into creamy treats. This delightful countryside stall blends tradition with authentic flavor.

• Little Eeden Farm Honey and Apiary - The tour continues to Little Eeden Honey Farm, where a honey tasting session with exquisite WA bush honey awaits. Surrounded by nature, relax and learn about the health benefits of various honey types. During lunch, watch for the 2-meter tall, flightless Emu birds that reside on the farm.

Visit the historic 1850s Mission Cottage, home to the Indigenous Aboriginal Yued people who joined the mission under Dom Rosendo Salvado’s guidance. Step inside the well-preserved Benedictine Abbey, a striking showcase of Spanish-inspired architecture, visit the town Cemetery and the Rock of Remembrance. The New Norcia Hostel, castle-like Boys Boarding School, and the Monastery Residence offer endless photo opportunities.

• New Norcia Visitor Centre - Explore the charming gift store where the town’s famous monastery bread and handcrafted olive oil can be found. A collection of historical literature and souvenirs can be purchased as a reminder and keepsake from your visit.
