Easy to obtain a boarding ticket from the driver after showing him our Viator ticket QR code - It was extremely easy to exchange our Viator ticket for the bus boarding ticket. I had saved our ticket from Viator, showed the QR to the driver, he printed us a boarding ticket and gave us earphones for the commentary and a map. Very well organized.

Great tour with amazing views - We took the tour with 2 kids and 4 adults. We love doing hop on and hop tours in every city/country. This was no different with it being an excellent tour. The facts given during the tour were very good. I would recommend this to see all the top sites in Perth.

Glad we did it - Definitely a must do while in Perth, Kings Park is beautiful and has an array of things to do, very informative of every location best bit you can get off and on anytime which we did many times.

Good value for sight seeing - We often use this type of bus to see the highlights of a new place before getting off to see the most interesting parts. With this trip it was good with a full trip round and the chance to see the main sights of the city with a guide explaining what to look for. A two-day pass allows you to see the whole on the first day and then visit the sights on the second.

Not bad at all - We had a one day ticket including a visit to the Perth Mint, and fortunately our hotel was a pick-up point (Crown Towers). We were collected at 10:45am and dropped off 10 minutes later at the Mint. Our tour was 11:30am (they are roughly hourly) so there was a dreary wait. But the tour was great - particularly the live pouring of molten gold - quite something to see. There was then another wait for the bus - and here’s the rub - they are only once an hour which makes doing very much rather difficult. We went on to Kings Park for a nice hours walk, and then waited again….ending up getting the last bus back to our hotel. Cost for 2 was GBP£72 or US$90. Was it worth it? Just about - the commentary was very interesting but as someone else mentions the volume cannot be turned up enough - I have perfectly good hearing and I needed to press the ear-buds in on occasion to hear. We should have started a bit earlier to have got another attraction in (maybe the bell tower), but my main advice is to expect a lot of hanging around!

I would recommend this experience to a friend - The drivers were very helpful, but being of a certain age, it would have been nice to have a seat whilst waiting for the next bus!

One bus per hour here - We have done a number of these types of busses and this one only ran like 1 an hour and if you missed it you were waiting a long time for the next one. They also skipped two stops in the botanical gardens (one that we wanted to stop at to do the treetop walk) and didn’t tell us ahead of time. Later when I asked she said there was a concert and she couldn’t get in. It would be ok if we knew if the stop or two prior and we could have walked but by the time the next stop happened we were too far to walk. Kinda disappointing.
